> 3 dayI use these drives for backups and long term storage of pictures and data, so I have a master file and a duplicate of the master as a backup to the master. These drives are good as a USB external in a housing or USB external with cables and no housing, or they can be used internally as the main drive, or they can be used in an external duplicator (like startech). Anyway you use them, they are great drives with excellent read write times at a good price.

> 3 dayPerformances dans la lignée des SSD SATA, bon lecteur, mais de nos jours il vaut mieux se tourner vers les SSD NVMe qui sont au même prix pour des performances dun autre niveau.

> 3 dayI was under the impression I was going to receive Acronis software with this purchase. It only gives you a base model of it and it is not compatible with Mac. You have to use Mac’s disc utility to make a backup which defeats the purpose of me buying this specific SSD. I purchased the crucial SSD because it came with (or was supposed to come with) Acronis true image software and they gave false advertising because they didn’t tell you its only a windows 10 version that is only for disc cloning and not backup as well. I am very disappointed with this, but the SSD itself is a good value. The drive performs fast, and is easy to install if you have done this kind of thing before.

> 3 dayIm trying to clone my wife windows 7 laptop to the SSD. Original hard disk is 512Gb, SSD is 500Gb. Now the problem is when i finished the 2 hr long or more cloning the hard drive. I swap the disk, windows is there, but is like installing from zero, no data, no drivers, even the authentication is gone. Is like a new install, WTF?
