The SSD is just as fast as top models costing less. I bought it while discount so lucky me :)

I bought this thinking the size was adequate for my needs and a good price. Well, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

As expected !

I used these on older Macs [El Capitan], and as MBR Win7 drives. I bought 3 in about 2018 I think, and they are serving me well, and really sped up the computers from hard drives. I am going to try them as GPT drives for Win10 and 11. Good brand. Good metal case. Easy to install in computer. Very pleased.

What my pc needed

Installed without issue in my desktop tower. Also purchased the adaptor and cable, and Acronis cloned old drive perfectly. For the price of the SSD, though, I figure they should at least include the USB-SATA cable. No biggie, this drive screams compared to the HDD it replaced. Glad to see prices are starting to go down - will be back for a couple more later.

This is the best investment i have ever made...!

Easy to install, don’t forget to use the spacer as it’s a little slimmer. If sizing down from a larger drive you will need a good partition manager which will automatically clone and resize. It worked fine for me. Lot faster now cheaper than buying a new laptop !!

Avendo un vecchio, ma ancora affidabile , iMac Early 2008, ho dovuto sostituire il vecchio HD con SSD Crucial MX500 utilizzando un Icy Dock MB882SP-1S-2B 2.5 (assolutamente consigliabile). Ho installato da zero il sistema operativo reinstallando solo i programmi necessari e facendo una pulizia delle tante applicazioni e documenti accumulati negli anni. L iMac ha ripreso vigore, ora è pronto alluso nellarco di pochissimi minuti. Il disco è anche molto veloce nella scrittura. A distanza di qualche settimana lHD SSD funziona molto bene e pertanto segno 5 stelle. La speranza è che non dia problemi inseguito.
