The tech support is awesome. going to their web sight is like a dream com true, they answer every question you have and have the software package available to clone your existing drive onto this one. The installation was a snap. I am using this as my bootable operating system back up and I already see the difference in the time it takes my Dell to boot up. If you have a desk top then invest the extra cash in the Newer Tech AdaptaDrive mount. Tos ay that this drive is beyond expatations says very little. If you are on the fence about Crucial, dont be.

I bought this to replace an old dying hardrive in a laptop. The laptop was so slow and would take ages to load up. I could make a coffee, come back and it would still be loading up. I was looking at buying a new laptop but I thought I would try a new hard drive first. I looked into it and was told an ssd would be better. I put it into the laptop and after installing windows now my laptop starts up in seconds, literally at the most half a minute probably quicker. I was amazed. Its like having a new laptop. Everything runs loads quicker.

Inutile dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo di questo ssd è davvero fantastico. Poco da dire, ci lavoro in continuazione, cancellando, sovrascrivendo e riscrivendo e non ho mai notato un peggioramento delle prestazioni. Se vogliamo trovare una pecca, forse crucial potrebbe migliorarne lestetica. Ma parliamoci chiaro, nessuno li vede allinterno del PC.

Excellent replacement for a spinning hard disk. Excruciatingly slow writes compared to Samsung equivalent (but much faster than spinning hard disks of course). Basically, this is a bargain product. It is reliable (I have twelve of them going full steam for over a year now with no failures) but not particularly fast compared to the latest greatest Samsung products. It is, of course, like night and day compared to a spinning hard disk. Spinners are now obsolete for anything other than bulk backup storage.

So far I am very happy with this drive. I expect no issues. Well worth the money.
