Does help remove moisture in small rooms. In our last order of 8 small containers, 3 had a small amount of moisture & specks of mold. There must have been small hole in bags holding the crystals. This has not happened before.

Once the package is open it is pretty easy to use. Wish they lasted longer.

I use this all year. It’s not just great for moisture, but also helps with odor.

Not a whole lot to say that hasnt been said - it works. Depending on your locations level of humidity, the crystals can deplete really quickly. And the replacements / refillable crystals can get pricey.

I bought these to use in my car, we do a lot of camping and sleeping in my SUV during those times. I haven’t used them yet, and I will update the review once I have, but I am unhappy that the lid does not stop the stuff on the inside from spilling! It does say they get bigger over time (from absorbing the moisture) HOWEVER that’s not very helpful when we open the package and they come out.

Dampness in my house

Ive used this in the past and it worked within weeks. This time around I put 2 of these in a VERY humid place in my home and over a month later the crystals are still solid rocks and havent liquefied at ALL. Ill go to the store and buy one to see if theres a difference. EDIT: After like 2 months the crystals started breaking down and liquefying. Guess this batch just needed some time.

Ive used these before and they worked fine. When I got them a couple of months ago I opened two of the four and put them in my closets. They have done nothing Damp Rid is a very good product when it works. Next time Ill go back to the hanging bad.

Have damp towels in drawer. No idea why, bought this no dampness in drawer now.

I put it in my classic car in South Florida and you can see the water accumulate at the bottom of the container.
