Dell Dock - WD19S 130W Power Delivery - 180W AC

It was awesom

I purchased one and then sent back and then got another and sent that back. Both came with a European power plug. The first one did not come with any type of converter/adapter to plug into an American outlet. The 2nd one came with a converter/adapter that did not even fit.

Only has one regular HDMI port. Otherwise it does the job need it for remote work. Ac adapter is crap. Had to buy another that had US plug but what I expect from Chinese stuff

Please note - I love Dell docking stations, and have been using them for 10+ years in all the various revisions. They just work the best with Dell systems (duh!). This review is not against Dell Docking stations! They are bar none great! My issue is what was actually SENT to me! I ordered three of these. While I did receive THREE Dell Docks, it was not the correct model. I was sent THREE Dell WD19S Docking Stations. Note the S on the end of the model number. The S designates there is not a physical audio port. And we use the audio port on all of our setups, so this was a bit disappointing. TLDR: The Dell WD19 has an audio jack, the WD19S does not. I was sent the WD19S. I think Ill have to purchase from Dell directly now, so I know exactly what model I am getting!

I work from home and wanted a good quality dock with some USB-C ports and single cable compatibility. Couldn’t have asked for a better dock. Works perfectly with my Dell laptop from work and my personal MacBook Air M2.

This is a good dock but the one I received has issues. I have initiated a replacement order and hope the replacement works better.

Purchased in March to be able to work from home. So far no issues. Works well with my work issued lap top and my internet conecttion. No issues setting it up. When I did purchase it in March 2022 guy at the computer store said price on Amazon was best price hed seen.

DOES NOT WORK AMAZON WONT HELP UNDISCLOSED THIRD PARTY SELLER WONT HELP. Just getting the runaround. Also the device (which is supposed to be new) has already been registered in Canada, per the Dell service tag look-up. Something wrong here

Purchased this for my home office. Love having a single plug into my laptop. Also provides extra USB (my laptop only has two). Highly recommend.
