Dell Dock - WD19S 130W Power Delivery - 180W AC

Docking station worked great until it didn’t. I only use this on average 1-2 times per week. Purchased July 2021 and it stopped working already in March 2022

Came with European plug, not American.

Works perfectly up to now with no issues so far!

This docking station stopped connecting to my computer after about 6 months. I went to the dell website and downloaded new drivers, but because the dock doesn’t connect to my computer, I cannot update the dock. It is now a useless product and it was a huge waste of money.

Please note - I love Dell docking stations, and have been using them for 10+ years in all the various revisions. They just work the best with Dell systems (duh!). This review is not against Dell Docking stations! They are bar none great! My issue is what was actually SENT to me! I ordered three of these. While I did receive THREE Dell Docks, it was not the correct model. I was sent THREE Dell WD19S Docking Stations. Note the S on the end of the model number. The S designates there is not a physical audio port. And we use the audio port on all of our setups, so this was a bit disappointing. TLDR: The Dell WD19 has an audio jack, the WD19S does not. I was sent the WD19S. I think Ill have to purchase from Dell directly now, so I know exactly what model I am getting!

Easy to setup and the small size is nice. Ample poets for multiple monitors and USB connectors.

I bought this docking station for my new Dell computer. It never worked so I contacted Dell and gave the express number. The tech said that I needed to transfer ownership of the product by getting the name of pervious owner and fill out a transfer of ownership form on Dell website. I said that I will return it to Amazon for refund. Whoever heard a new product requiring transfer of ownership to get technical support from Dell on a new item?

Many updates might be needed on your computer for continued success of the product. Dont give up.

I received my docking station quickly, it works perfectly with my laptop. The price was cheaper than the manufacturer. Thanks!

This is a good dock but the one I received has issues. I have initiated a replacement order and hope the replacement works better.
