Dell Dock - WD19S 130W Power Delivery - 180W AC

Purchased this for my home office. Love having a single plug into my laptop. Also provides extra USB (my laptop only has two). Highly recommend.

I ordered this to be able to work for my remote job at home. Upon receiving it I noticed that it is a plug for Europe. The adapter that was sent does not fit the plug and therefore I can’t use it. No where in the item description did it mention that I was receiving a European plug. I would never have ordered it.

Easy to setup and the small size is nice. Ample poets for multiple monitors and USB connectors.

Laptop

I bought this so I would be able to connect a work laptop to my personal 2-monitor setup. I originally bought one used and had a vibrating display issue, so I returned it an purchased a new one. The new one had the exact same issue with one of the displays of my monitor vibrating. I tried changing which ports went to each monitor and tried with 1 HDMI and 1 DP cable. No matter what, the monitor that was designated as #1 in Windows was vibrating. My 34 in1440p ultrawide had no issues, but my 22 in 1080p monitor vibrates so much it makes me feel physically sick.

Great product and arrived within 2 days of the purchase date. I want to thank Chris for helping me with my small issue. Very quick at resolving my issue. Overall great product and in great condition. Thank you.

This is a good dock but the one I received has issues. I have initiated a replacement order and hope the replacement works better.

With the amount of power the Dell Dock produces, I expected it to fast charge the phone. It doesnt. If I am doing something wrong, please tell me whats the fix!

I bought this docking station for my new Dell computer. It never worked so I contacted Dell and gave the express number. The tech said that I needed to transfer ownership of the product by getting the name of pervious owner and fill out a transfer of ownership form on Dell website. I said that I will return it to Amazon for refund. Whoever heard a new product requiring transfer of ownership to get technical support from Dell on a new item?

I received my docking station quickly, it works perfectly with my laptop. The price was cheaper than the manufacturer. Thanks!
