> 3 dayI ordered this to be able to work for my remote job at home. Upon receiving it I noticed that it is a plug for Europe. The adapter that was sent does not fit the plug and therefore I can’t use it. No where in the item description did it mention that I was receiving a European plug. I would never have ordered it.

> 3 dayI bought this so I would be able to connect a work laptop to my personal 2-monitor setup. I originally bought one used and had a vibrating display issue, so I returned it an purchased a new one. The new one had the exact same issue with one of the displays of my monitor vibrating. I tried changing which ports went to each monitor and tried with 1 HDMI and 1 DP cable. No matter what, the monitor that was designated as #1 in Windows was vibrating. My 34 in1440p ultrawide had no issues, but my 22 in 1080p monitor vibrates so much it makes me feel physically sick.

Greater than one weekI bought this docking station for my new Dell computer. It never worked so I contacted Dell and gave the express number. The tech said that I needed to transfer ownership of the product by getting the name of pervious owner and fill out a transfer of ownership form on Dell website. I said that I will return it to Amazon for refund. Whoever heard a new product requiring transfer of ownership to get technical support from Dell on a new item?
