Works as described and no three month wait due to back order. Easy to install and connect to multiple screens and the laptop.

Bought in the USA and the item doesn’t list which adaptor comes with the product. They provided an adaptor for the plug HOWEVER it is a cheap item and doesn’t even fit the power outlet. Item is missing critical details in its description.

It works as intended with Dell laptops. Its short of expectations for other brands, however, due to being hobbled by design with restricted power output.

Easy to setup and the small size is nice. Ample poets for multiple monitors and USB connectors.

I work from home and wanted a good quality dock with some USB-C ports and single cable compatibility. Couldn’t have asked for a better dock. Works perfectly with my Dell laptop from work and my personal MacBook Air M2.

1. On average, once a week the RJ45/Ethernet port goes dead. Only after re-installing the drivers and rebooting the computer, the port comes alive and works. Other ports work fine. 2. Regardless of the room temperature / resource utilization of the computer, suddenly the fan goes full speed and comes down. This is erratic. No specific pattern to this. Note: Before calling the customer support, I tried everything. And unfortunately, the support ended yesterday and I tried calling the support today.

I bought this so I would be able to connect a work laptop to my personal 2-monitor setup. I originally bought one used and had a vibrating display issue, so I returned it an purchased a new one. The new one had the exact same issue with one of the displays of my monitor vibrating. I tried changing which ports went to each monitor and tried with 1 HDMI and 1 DP cable. No matter what, the monitor that was designated as #1 in Windows was vibrating. My 34 in1440p ultrawide had no issues, but my 22 in 1080p monitor vibrates so much it makes me feel physically sick.

Purchased this for my home office. Love having a single plug into my laptop. Also provides extra USB (my laptop only has two). Highly recommend.
