Dell Dock - WD19S 130W Power Delivery - 180W AC

This dock works exactly as advertised and is straightforward to set up. Getting it through Amazon and the vendor (not Dell itself) got it to me a great deal faster and more cheaply. My order with Dell set the delivery date out 3 months from the order date! Placing the order through Amazon, the actual vendor was able to ship it to me in a weeks time, and at a modest discount. The product I received is perfect. Many thanks!

The product arrived with the European/UK plug and not one that works for the US. Tried to get the correct plug and the only option is to return the whole package. Pretty dumb if you ask me! Buyers beware!

Great for my work

I went through some third-party chargers and hubs, the aftermarket products and hubs have a tough time charging and connecting multiple devices, this factory unit with the higher wattage, fits the bill.

Many updates might be needed on your computer for continued success of the product. Dont give up.

they do not come updated and you will have weird issues like ethernet dropping / disappearing for no reason if you do not firmware update

Power cable does not fit US/North American wall receptacles. Seller also included an adapter that does not fit.

This docking station stopped connecting to my computer after about 6 months. I went to the dell website and downloaded new drivers, but because the dock doesn’t connect to my computer, I cannot update the dock. It is now a useless product and it was a huge waste of money.

Does not support 2 extended monitors for Mac. Only 1, or 2 mirrored.
