Every bit as good as I expected it to be.

This surge suppressor is sleek and beautifully made. The 3420 joules for $25 would have been great if the device didnt have a hum when turned on. In most environments, such as an office, one would not likely notice. But if Im working alone at night in my house, with no other noise to be found, then the humming is really noticeable.

Looks special (with the green light up), neat, operational as expected.

WORKS GREAT

I used this power strip to power several computer components that were between the front of my desk and the wall.

I bought the surge protector because I lost several expensive electronics due to lighting strikes and surges. I found the Echogear products and there is a pic on the ad that says it protects from lighting and surges. Ordered 2 seemed great till I read the warranty that came with product says it DOES NOT cover lighting strikes or sudden surges. I called the company and they said Amazon is responsible for the ad, funny thing the company Echogear has the same pic. Very upset that what I wanted is not what I got.

This surge protector arrived fast (thank you Amazon and Echogear)! Slim design makes it easy to fit just about anywhere. Cord length (I got the 6’) is perfect for fitting in between furniture. Outlets are nicely spaced and with all the protection I feel confident my electronics are safe.
