ELEGOO ABS-Like 3D Printer Resin LCD UV-Curing Resin 405nm Standard Photopolymer Resin for LCD 3D Printing Grey 1000g

First time resin printing so had little prior experience besides using a traditional 3d printer from Dagoma. Print quality on my Epax X1 speaks for itself. My first print was a miniature for table top gaming but I didnt prep the size right. Be that as it may, I had no adhesion issues to speak of with the small print. Set the miniature next to my previous 3d print off my Neva from Dagoma in the picture for reference as well as next to a penny for size. Printed the resin one at .02 mm with the Epax configuration preset they have for Elegoo resin and more than satisfied. Ill let the photos speak for themselves.

Wanted to test the adhesion of this vs one of my red translucent resins from another brand, so did a print with considerable tiny thin features. Came out surprisingly well, couple of breaks from removing a support but thats not the resins fault. Very pleased.

When I first got my 3d printer I bought the Standard Photopolymer Resin...I used it in the garage and I had to leave the garage door cracked as the smell was pretty strong. After watching a few videos I noticed most people were using this ABS-Like resin. They were saying its stronger and doesnt smell as bad. I couldnt agree more....I spent a lot of money on a respirator that I really dont need as I am in a well ventilated garage. There is still a little smell when removing it from the build plate etc....but none when it is running with the lid on.

Elegoos resins are the right combination of price and performance. Theyre simple to use and dont require an extra accommodations to get great quality and perhaps (to some) most importantly, theyre low/no odor. Ive purchased a few colors and theyve all worked well, they also come well packaged in a padded pouch thingy inside a box so there is little chance of damage during shipment. Elegoo resin has become my default choice for standard resin, my only wish is that theyll continue to expand the color options!

My first few prints with ELEGOO ABS-Like 3D Printer Resin are far better than some other resins I have used. The prints do not feel as brittle and a smoother print finish and feel was achieved , especially on spherical and round parts (same print settings used across 3 resin types brands). Only oddity I noticed, is purchasing 2 500g bottles is cheaper by a few bucks than a single 1000g bottle.

Great price but got a a good amount of yellowing and hairline cracking when curing

This is my absolute go-to resin. So far ive ran thru 3 1L bottles of this resin and ive no problems with it whatsoever. Its creates nice crisp, clean, beautiful details and clean up is pretty simple. Only downside is i cant buy it in a bigger bottle then a 1L.
