This Elgato deck is a great device to use with almost any program where you have multiple keystrokes to do something. I’m a photographer and use it for Photoshop and Lightroom, though my son pointed out he could use it to play World of Tanks. Each key is programmable for use in software or even for launching a program. (I have a key dedicated to launching a small hardware monitor program to check the temps of computer components.) In Photoshop, I have a key programmed for Shift+F5 to bring up the Fill option and another to type Shift+F6 to Feather a selection. You can also nest multiple commands. I saw this device being used in a video and thought “What a cool device” and it was reasonably priced. The hardest part is figuring out what you want to program on your computer with a single Key! You install a small app that helps program the keypad and can go to The Elgato website for more options.

Ive been wanting a Stream Deck for a while. Once I got this, I wasnt too sure how to use it or what to even use it for. After a few videos on YouTube, I can now see that the possibilities are endless. I have Discord, VLC and OBS controls, shortucts for Voicemeter and sound clips for my soundboard. I can even manage my inventory on Destiny 2. Some of the modules you can download are straight up alternative to buying hardware like a Go XLR. Im already considering getting the bigger Stream Deck but in the meantime, you can have multiple pages and folders for navigating through all your buttons. You dont even have to be a streamer to enjoy this product, it has many uses outside of gaming.

I bought this because of the customizable buttons that tie in well with MSFS. It allows me to set up buttons for cockpit controls while flying in the flight simulator. It is good for that.

This thing is a beast, I flat love it.

I work live events and this can control an unbelievable amount of software and hardware. Anything from Spotify, qlab or Roku to video switchers, robo cams, sound boards, and light boards. Definitely worth it. Get the one with the most buttons you wont regret getting the smaller one then.

I really love the way it works. The display is clear and bright. The buttons all function. There are tons of options and presets. The unit fit behind my keyboard nicely, making for quick access. I only took away one star for this reason: The unit I received was obviously used/returned. The seals were cut, the cord was clearly retied, and there even prints on the device itself.

I love the Algato stream deck. Helped me a lot for programs, fusion 360 and 3D printing. It’s a good help with perfect buttons! Quality is nice! The software is in the beginning not so easy but you can get a lot of help on YouTube.

How have I lived without this??

Bought the 6 key and i knew I had to buy the 15 key one
