> 24 hourEasy to install with my Nexia system. I did not need tech support but when I use Nexia tech support they have been friendly, understand my communication even though I don’t speak technical and easy to understand their instructions and communication.

> 24 hourI have over 25 z-wave devices in my home connected to Alexa. Either directly through Alexa or via an Alexa Skill (SmartThings, Phillips Hue, Arlo). This is the first GE Enbrighten device I have purchased. It is connected to both SmartThings Apps. However, it does not connect to Alexa. Thus, no need for me to keep. I will try again tomorrow and if I cant get it to work I will have to work. If COVID-19 wasnt around I could probably call customer service to see if they can assist. Unfortunately, that is not an ootion and I dont have the patience to wait until this pandemic is over. I need something now.

> 24 hourWe needed to remotely turn on lights while we were away. This product work perfectly with the ring camera system alarm kit.

> 24 hourThis outlet is great, low profile with plugs on the side. Makes toggling my other less cooperative smart devices easier.

> 24 hourWorks as advertised. I used it this season for remotely turning on and off my holiday lighting systems. And my Smart home Z-Wave system allowed me to set timing programs. Its a dual three prong outlet.

> 24 hourWorks well with ADT Command. You don’t need to contact ADT. You can install and delete it from your account with the ADT software, provided you are a subscribed customer and under a contract. There is a slight delay when turning the switch on from a cell phone but that seems normal. Other than that this device is rock solid. I have 7 of these with different options. None have failed in the past year. I recommend.

> 24 hourAlmost 2 years to the date since I bought these switches. I bought 2 of them for my Kitchen area and bar area. Initial installation and pairing with SmartThings was just fine had no issues. The outlet pretty much worked as expected for the most part for 2 years. Then one day we removed one from the outlet to plug something else in temporarily. Plugged unit back in and the switch no longer works. It continues to turn on and off and on and off over and over. So I decided to try my 2nd switch at the other side of the room. It does the same thing. After much troubleshooting with the app and SmartThings support I get one of them to stop and start working again. One of them will not. That was the case for about a week or so when further troubleshooting by SmartThings suggestions and my 2nd switch starts doing it again. On and off and on and off over and over. You cannot reset the switch it is worthless now both of them and $70. Smart things now says that this GE switch is not supported and I need to contact the Mfg of the switch. The Mfg says its supported by Smart Things. So its the blame game now. In the end.. This switch should NOT be advertised as supported by Smart Things. I have multiple devices on my Smart Things home and most of them work fine. This one does not. I would avoid if you are on Smart Things. Im frustrated with both so I may end up leaving Smart Things for another system all together.
