Purchased two of these units to operate in our main room because its very large but instead of making it cool it makes it extremely humid and muggy and does not cool it anything lower than 76°. Units seem to operate and function OK besides the fact it will not cool anything more than 76°. We used the provided ice packs to cool the water and see if that could bring down the temperature to no avail. These units seem to make the overall atmosphere more unbearable rather than more desirable.

Doesn’t get cold enough.

I bought this right after reading user reviews, luckily I was able to return a humidifier I bought at Home Depot. I placed mine right behind the AC on low fan for an hour, then the unit by itself. The room is so much cooler! I know my dog loves it.

The company is awesome!!!! Even though I had struggles with my first cooler the company went way above and beyond to make things right and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this product and company.

I use this in my garage when I am working and it does a decent job. I ad a block of ice in the top and it cools the water but I wish it pushes more air volume.

During heat wave I ordered this cooler and its very easy to use and the instructions manual clearly explain steps to be followed. It cools down the room entirely just within few mind of turning on. Extra ice packs really helps a lot as two can be used in cooler and other two can be frozen at the same time. Planning to purchase another cooler for the guest bedroom

I ordered this product Friday morning. It said it was doing to take 3 days to get to my front door wich isnt bad. But I got it the next day! I cant tell you how hyped I was to get the notification it was here. It was super light so my pregnant fiance was able to bring it inside with no issues at all. Took about 5 min to set up and about 15 min to fill the thing up with water. I had it running for about 6 hours on high and the water level only went down about half! This thing exceeded my expectations. Probably the best buy for the summer of 2023

I was a little skeptical, because I purchased a much smaller swamp cooler before that didn’t do anything… but this one’s great! It’s big!! About the size of my big luggage, only 6-8 inches taller! But… turn it on & it cools down my place! I even had to turn it off after about an hour & a half of using it, because I got to cold! Also.. I haven’t run into any issues of water leaking or extreme condensation around the floor where it sits. Very happy with my purchase!

Great product. It has a huge water reservoir and powerful fun. We love it for the savings on our power bill.
