we have this on our covered back patio and it’s very easy to set up & use. It’s easy to add water to the reservoir for the cooling part, but the fan works well without water too. Our dogs love it as well.

Works very well helping to cool off our home . AC set at 72 degrees outside 95 degrees summer heat get up to 80 degrees inside. With one cooler it gets about 76 degrees. Added a 2nd cooler I can maintain 72 degrees. Every 2-3 hrs have to swap ice packs.

During heat wave I ordered this cooler and its very easy to use and the instructions manual clearly explain steps to be followed. It cools down the room entirely just within few mind of turning on. Extra ice packs really helps a lot as two can be used in cooler and other two can be frozen at the same time. Planning to purchase another cooler for the guest bedroom

The unit was as advertised. Air flow is constant and cool. Where I live temperatures reach above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit temperature is usually 72 degrees to 74 degrees but always under 78 degrees. The high speed noise level is low and very tolerable.

The unit works. Light weight when empty. Came with two whimpy ice packs, we go some at walmart that work. Seems to run 5 degrees below ambient room temp. The instruction manual needs some clarification. You have to fill it from the top which is not super clear, but it works, how to set up and operate and so on... Customer service is quick to answer questions and concerns.

Firstly, this cooler is not a refrigerated unit with a compressor so it cannot be expected to perform the same as a typical residential AC unit. With water added and on cool setting, this cooler works great, especially if you are in a direct path of the cool breeze. I am using it in an insulated 3 car garage for several hours at a time, when outside temp 90F or greater. I am pleased with the performance. I am definitely staying cool while working at a bench. Other advantages: 1. low energy cost vs actual AC unit 2. can use the included refrigerated cooling packs to improve cooling 3. easy to maneuver/portable. 4. A power cord wrap is appreciated on the back. Other: 1. cooling effect not as great if you are outside the direct line of airflow. 2. Use of water will raise the humidity of the space cooled. 3. On high fan speed, noise may make it difficult for an on-line video meeting (not deal breaker imo) Final: recommend if its not practical to create an exhaust vent opening for a traditional AC unit or if you want to avoid energy costs of a typical AC unit.

I highly recommend this unit. We use it to cool down the garage and it works perfectly for us.

Machine works best in areas where there is low humidity.
