> 3 dayThis cooler really surprised me. It is very easy to connect and configure it, just pour water and plug it into the outlet, and it is ready to work. Literally immediately begins to cool. In a few minutes, he cooled my two-room apartment. The control buttons are very clear. There are 3 modes of fan operation and changing the direction of air flow, this is what I need. The plastic from which the case is made looks high-quality and pleasant. The cooler is large enough and at the same time light enough to put it in the pantry when it is not needed. Sorry for my poor English, I just want to be helpful.

> 3 dayI love the water cooler. It was easy to assemble. It goes through water quickly but it will turn off the machine is low in water. The rollers make it easy to move it around the room or to use outside in a patio. I love it and would recommend it.

> 3 dayI was a little skeptical, because I purchased a much smaller swamp cooler before that didn’t do anything… but this one’s great! It’s big!! About the size of my big luggage, only 6-8 inches taller! But… turn it on & it cools down my place! I even had to turn it off after about an hour & a half of using it, because I got to cold! Also.. I haven’t run into any issues of water leaking or extreme condensation around the floor where it sits. Very happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayIm very pleased with this purchase. I live in the Arizona desert and have run this every day for about 2 weeks. So far this has done a rather nice job of keeping me cool outside on my patio at its lowest setting and without use of the ice packs. I do anticipate that as summer gets underway and temps hit 115 degrees, Ill be using a higher fan setting. Setup was easy, the ice packs are a really nice add on, and I love having a remote for this unit. The best part is that I can fill from the top or via an adapter, and the top has plenty of room to add ice cubes in addition to one of the 2 included ice packs. (Havent tried that yet but sure to do so by July!) I had also bought a larger and more expensive name brand unit and this one seems to be far nicer. Given that we have very hard water, I purchased some demineralization strips to use. They are easy to add since water pumps through the top of the unit. My only concern is that because we have such hard water, we may need to replace the filters every year and I cannot figure out how we will order new filters. I do have an email out to the manufacturer with that question. My only complaint is that I paid about $40 more for this unit about 2 weeks ago than the deal that is currently running on it today. Wish Id gotten the better price! Nonetheless, Im keeping this jewel of a cooler.

> 3 dayThe instructions were easy to follow, it takes a lot of water to set up the cool mode, dont leave the tank at minimum fill, it will only last a couple of hours, go with max. I live in a dry area and had a refrigerated portable cooler that also dehumidied and as a result my nose would dry up and id get nose bleeds, this A/C evaporates the water in the tank to cool and increase humidity, its working really well with the ice packs it comes with to cool down my room without straining my nose, really satisfied. Recommend it to people living in dry heat areas from Texas to Cali, you wont regret it. To people in humid areas, further north, go with refrigerated, yall be fine.
