> 3 dayThe water is not circulating up and over the top, I’ve filled waters between min and max and I’ve turned on the cooling mode but doesn’t circulate. EDIT - after emailing customer service from their user manual, they replied within a day with helpful guide to fix, and I found that some parts disconnected, I assume because of handling during shipping which could be on Amazon’s part. I was able to fix it and now it is working perfectly! It is very cool!

> 3 dayI hate writing reviews for the stuff I buy on Amazon but I feel the need to write about this evaporitive cooler. It was well packed and had no damage. It was very easy to get it from the box-to-working. From unpacking to working was three minutes. It holds a HUGE amount of water and it blows hard on high speed. I live in Texas where the weather over the 4th of July was over 100 degrees for the entire three days we partied. Also, the humidity was near 50% the whole time. Even with all of that, the guests (21 of them) said this feels like a full-on air conditioner. I agree! I bought two of these items and couldnt be happier. They work well, blow hard and they are very quiet. With the swing function the units cool off a huge area (500-600 ft/sq) and they carry an enormous amount of water. In three days we only needed one refill. Add ice to the water and the air gets COLD. PRO TIP: Keep the boxes and packing. In the off season the units are easy to re-box because the box design is a Lift off type and makes storage easy. Evaporative Coolers usually feel like they are blowing cool moist air at you. These units just felt like cool air with no added moisture. Buy this thing!

> 3 dayThe unit works. Light weight when empty. Came with two whimpy ice packs, we go some at walmart that work. Seems to run 5 degrees below ambient room temp. The instruction manual needs some clarification. You have to fill it from the top which is not super clear, but it works, how to set up and operate and so on... Customer service is quick to answer questions and concerns.

> 3 dayI love that this evaporator holds more water than others we looked at so we dont have to refill it that often. It is very quiet and exactly what we needed to keep our sunroom cool. Our utility bill was so high before we bought this and I am curious to see what it will be this month.

Greater than one weekBought for my work area and this is perfect! The noise level is low. It is comparable to washing a load of clothes in the washer. It is easy to operate. It has a slim design so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. This is a great buy for the price.

> 3 dayWe have purchased two of these units and I would have given a 5 star review: however, the freezer gel packs that they send with the units are sub-quality (they swell and the gel leaks). I have contacted the company and explained the issue, asking for replacement freezer gel packs. They have said they will send a better quality replacement for all four packs. I have not received them as of yet. I have advised the company that, if I do not receive better quality freezer gel packs, I will be returning both cooler units to Amazon. I hope that they stand behind their product and promise. I do like the units, but they will not work as efficiently without the freezer packs. Replacement packs were sent that had the same appearance of the first ones. Again after about three days use they started leaking again from the same place. I have contacted the company once again asking for resolution to this issue, its a shame that these freezer gel packs are of such poor quality.

> 3 dayThe VAGKRI evaporative cooler has been a lifesaver for my back porch kitties! With temps some days over 100° under the covered porch, bringing the temperature down 5 to 10 degrees with this evaporative cooler makes a huge difference. In addition to the cooler, I use my regular back porch floor fan a few feet in front of this unit to help pull the cooler air the length of the patio. I also connected the unit to a garden hose so that it will continually run. One review mentioned the fan speed not running on LEVEL 3 when the unit is in cooling mode. If you have your fan on LEVEL 3 when you push the Cooling button, it will drop the fan speed down. This is something you can noticeably hear when it happens. The display will still say it is on 3 but the air coming out of the unit is slower. My unit does blow a good amount of air on fan LEVEL 3 as long as I follow this routine when I turn it on: 1) In OFF Mode-fill the unit with water to fill line unless you have it hooked up to your garden hose, in which case it will fill until the float stops the flow. 2) Push the POWER button and MAKE SURE the fan is on LEVEL 1. (DO NOT push the cooling button yet.) 3) Give the fan a few seconds to gear up and start running on LEVEL 1. 4) NOW...push the COOLING button and allow the pump time to start CIRCULATING the water. Open the top cover so you can see that the water is cascading over the top of the reservoir. 5) Bump the FAN speed up to LEVEL 2. WAIT and allow the fan motor a moment to come up to speed. 6) Adjust the FAN speed to LEVEL 3 and youre done. It sounds complicated, but really just takes a minute or less and the output of air at LEVEL 3 makes the process worth it.

Greater than one weekOrdered June 12th 22 delivered 3 days later which was great being its hot in west Texas and I was working on a car in my garage. It hasnt even been 4 months at this point and the water pump has given up at life. This was a great cooler up until this point, but I didnt pay nearly $400 for a fan. Edit. The company has reached out to me about replacement and/or refund. I am unsure if the replacement would have the same issue or if I just received a defective one. The customer service has been helpful. I will update again upon resolve. Edit. Part 2. The company has issued a full refund for the defective product. Hopefully mine was just defective and the others are OK. It worked really good before the pump quit.
