Greater than one weekI purchased this cooler almost a year ago. We love it! We use it in the bedroom at night and it does a fantastic job. We never have to turn it all the way up. It’s quiet enough to sleep and it’s not Giant! Besides the great product, the customer service is fantastic. My unit developed a couple problems that led to it being unusable. I contacted customer service through the Amazon chat and they responded immediately. In less than 1-week, a band new unit showed up at my door. I will buy from them again and again. I highly recommend this company and this product.

> 3 dayThe VAGKRI evaporative cooler has been a lifesaver for my back porch kitties! With temps some days over 100° under the covered porch, bringing the temperature down 5 to 10 degrees with this evaporative cooler makes a huge difference. In addition to the cooler, I use my regular back porch floor fan a few feet in front of this unit to help pull the cooler air the length of the patio. I also connected the unit to a garden hose so that it will continually run. One review mentioned the fan speed not running on LEVEL 3 when the unit is in cooling mode. If you have your fan on LEVEL 3 when you push the Cooling button, it will drop the fan speed down. This is something you can noticeably hear when it happens. The display will still say it is on 3 but the air coming out of the unit is slower. My unit does blow a good amount of air on fan LEVEL 3 as long as I follow this routine when I turn it on: 1) In OFF Mode-fill the unit with water to fill line unless you have it hooked up to your garden hose, in which case it will fill until the float stops the flow. 2) Push the POWER button and MAKE SURE the fan is on LEVEL 1. (DO NOT push the cooling button yet.) 3) Give the fan a few seconds to gear up and start running on LEVEL 1. 4) NOW...push the COOLING button and allow the pump time to start CIRCULATING the water. Open the top cover so you can see that the water is cascading over the top of the reservoir. 5) Bump the FAN speed up to LEVEL 2. WAIT and allow the fan motor a moment to come up to speed. 6) Adjust the FAN speed to LEVEL 3 and youre done. It sounds complicated, but really just takes a minute or less and the output of air at LEVEL 3 makes the process worth it.

Greater than one weekI love that this evaporator holds more water than others we looked at so we dont have to refill it that often. It is very quiet and exactly what we needed to keep our sunroom cool. Our utility bill was so high before we bought this and I am curious to see what it will be this month.

> 3 dayThe unit works. Light weight when empty. Came with two whimpy ice packs, we go some at walmart that work. Seems to run 5 degrees below ambient room temp. The instruction manual needs some clarification. You have to fill it from the top which is not super clear, but it works, how to set up and operate and so on... Customer service is quick to answer questions and concerns.

> 3 dayThe water is not circulating up and over the top, I’ve filled waters between min and max and I’ve turned on the cooling mode but doesn’t circulate. EDIT - after emailing customer service from their user manual, they replied within a day with helpful guide to fix, and I found that some parts disconnected, I assume because of handling during shipping which could be on Amazon’s part. I was able to fix it and now it is working perfectly! It is very cool!

> 3 dayIm very pleased with this purchase. I live in the Arizona desert and have run this every day for about 2 weeks. So far this has done a rather nice job of keeping me cool outside on my patio at its lowest setting and without use of the ice packs. I do anticipate that as summer gets underway and temps hit 115 degrees, Ill be using a higher fan setting. Setup was easy, the ice packs are a really nice add on, and I love having a remote for this unit. The best part is that I can fill from the top or via an adapter, and the top has plenty of room to add ice cubes in addition to one of the 2 included ice packs. (Havent tried that yet but sure to do so by July!) I had also bought a larger and more expensive name brand unit and this one seems to be far nicer. Given that we have very hard water, I purchased some demineralization strips to use. They are easy to add since water pumps through the top of the unit. My only concern is that because we have such hard water, we may need to replace the filters every year and I cannot figure out how we will order new filters. I do have an email out to the manufacturer with that question. My only complaint is that I paid about $40 more for this unit about 2 weeks ago than the deal that is currently running on it today. Wish Id gotten the better price! Nonetheless, Im keeping this jewel of a cooler.

> 3 dayThis cooler has saved our butts this year (2022) with this heat wave in Texas! We use it in our garage that isn’t insulated & it keeps it surprisingly comfortable during the day!! Super easy to move around with the wheels, it’s light weight, easy to use & just great quality all around! Highly recommend
