Does NOT work on an encrypted computer hard drive. I have a PC, with MS windows 10 i believe. My hard drive is encrypted. And then I have a local user account which is also password protected. I have my encryption password, but I lost my Local user account password. We were told exalink would work with an encrypted PC, but it does not. Unless someone knows a trick that we dont? We think the problem is when you go to boot this ezalink USB drive you do it as you power up the computer, therefore you have not gotten past the point where you enter your encryption password, so once you boot and open the ezalink program, I can not see any user accounts to select and change your password, because the encryption prevents that.. If there was a way to boot up the ezalink USB after I turn on my PC and after I enter my encryption password, then it might work, but I dont think that is possible, because I have to boot the USB drive as I turn on my PC and before I enter my encryption password

I was locked out of my desktop and could not log in, because somehow my password got changed. I used the Ezalink Password Reset, and I got back in!!! It was fairly easy to use, and the instructions were enough to explain how to reset it. I am very happy, that I purchased this product!!!

Easy to use, it resets the password and even goes through a check and repair disk. My computer ran better after it was done. Recommend.

Ive never commented on ANY product i have purchased from Amazon, but i had to make a comment on this product. It works perfectly as advertised. Took me all of about 3 minutes to boot up, change password and log into my account that i had forgotten the password to. Highly Recommend this product
