Didnt work, returning it

It did not work on our computer.

Not as easy to use as advertised

Windows displays a message that this is NOT a password reset disk, even though that is EXACTLY what the seller says it is. RIPOFF

This doesnt work in Lenovo ideal pad just a waste of money
