Unfortunately this did not work for me.

Did not work & was not recognizable on my pc

As with all computers, the menu selections on my PC from this tool did not match the written instructions and I had to navigate to what I thought to be correct. I feel the directions should be a little more detailed. I have an email into the address listed on the instructions to get some additional help. (email was sent on Nov 2, 2019 since there was no phone number) I will update my review after hearing from them.

I had lost the password to open Windows 10 computer. Product allowed me to access areas of the operating system to replace the password. Product does require some knowledge of how the system boot rom works.

Dont buy it because it doesnt work.
