The product came quickly.

Easy transaction, quick shipment. I am always hesitant when it comes to third-party computer applications and products. Thankfully Ezalink provided an easy-to-operate solution for resetting the password on an inherited laptop. I was able to recover lost documents of a deceased relative and other historical information with ease. Unfortunately, this will not work if you try to recover passwords, as it resets and erases existing passwords.

Whatever its supposed to do, it didnt. I started to look like it was going to work after a lot of manipulation, and then it gave me a completely blank result. I attempted to contact support, but no response. Buyer beware.

First bag came opened and empty,!!! Second came. Does not work , still Being bothered to pay for 2nd shipment ( 2 payments ) instead of just replacing for free !2 charges for 1 piece of crap

This worked well. I had to do a little bit of trial and errors, but Im not really a tech savvy person. The good news is I can get into my computer now, so it definitely works.

It worked really easily. It came with simple instructions. I was able to delete my password for a Windows 8 computer without any problems.
