Not as easy to use as advertised

this device helped me unlock and reset my old asus netbook..forgot my password,this is a useful tool..im pretty happy with it..

It worked just like it says. No issues at all. Instructions were clear. Saved me money.

Was supposed to support multiple window versions but only had windows 10. Didn’t help with windows 7. Emailed support but hadn’t heard back.

I was unable to get this to boot on a laptop I was trying to recover.

I am not sure how to give them anything less than 5 stars. The USB did not work for me (very unique situation). The instructions are easy to follow and it’s a simple process. Upon contact with tech support (responded within hours and maintained open dialog via email), they followed up with sending me the actual form that I may need. I have not received it just yet but when I do, whether it works or doesn’t, they made this a positive experience. They have done everything and more to aid me in my quest to get back in. ***UPDATE*** received the disk version and it 100% works! Extremely simple, effective, and quick. Took 4 minutes to reset my password. Amazing customer service and an amazing product!
