Just received my item. Worked liked a charm.

It deleted all my stuff!

Worked Great less than 3 min. and problem was fixed Thanks now I can use the computer again need an older computer for older software item.

I used it on my laptop that I had forgotten my password and was able to get everything I was looking for.

I need instructions on how to use the key, i get into the system but I cant do anything, please send instructions.

After figuring out how to make my Asus boot on the USB drive, I successfully reset windows 10 local account password using this recovery usb drive. It worked.

Was 1200 miles from home when I couldnt log in my Asus laptop. After viewing the time-consuming steps needed to build a Recovery USB Stick, I decided to give this product a try. I was very skeptical because it works on all versions of Windows. Product was delivered the next day. I prepared myself for a long session of trying to make it work and was very surprised and pleased that it worked on the first try! Would give the product FIVE Stars except that Documentation could be better - it helped that I was already familiar with the steps I was instructed to use. Would definitely be recommending it for others.
