It got me out of a jam.

Did not work as expected. Requested a refund. Ended up having to do a factory reset on my computer. And supposedly they still havent received it back for my refund. So no refund yet. Finally got refund they only refunded the taxes. Was a total waste of my time and money.

I am working on some big, old Dell desktops for a local non-profit. Some have Windows XP and some Windows 7. The computers date from 2003 and 2004, and are not very helpful in getting rid of passwords. They seem to have a mind of their own and dont want to give them up. I have convinced one to cooperate using this program.

Dell E7440. Running Windows 10. I changed the Dell to boot from the USB. Booted into the USB and cleared the local passwords in a matter of minutes.

Worked perfect, took a few minutes to realize I wasnt resetting my password, I kept waiting for a password reset box to popup......

Nice USB device. Be warned, This will ONLY unlock a LOCAL user account. It WILL NOT unlock a Microsoft user account. If you have forgotten Your Microsoft user password, the only remedy is to reset the computer. This should be stated in the description but is not.
