After changing the password and not using the system for several weeks, I could not recall the recent password. The version of Windows on this system did not support a USB Boot. I contacted Ezalink team and received an immediate response that has enabled me to access photos and other sentimental communications from family and friends. The Ezalink product and team are amazing.

The product would not work on my gateway laptop. I contacted the vendor an they tried to help. After a lot of attempts by different computer techs I gave up an did a complete reboot an lost all my files.

There is no easy fix when locked out of your computer.

Ezalink Windows Password Reset Recovery USB for Windows 10, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP. I had Windows 7 and it worked in 6 or 7 minutes. The instructions actually instruct with easy step by step instructions, clearly written with no technical terms to interpret. It works, its easy. I havent spoken to the Support Team, but I assume they would help if it was difficult for someone with little PC knowledge.
