I had tried nearly everything trying to figure out what was wrong. I even had an I.T. guy look at my laptop. His advice?, Buy a new one, its 5 years old!

Greater than one weekThe DVD loaded up pretty nicely. The scanning takes forever so you might want to set it to overnight. The most useful service was the registry cleaner. Decent product.

> 3 dayI have been experiencing a lot of glitches with my home computer and it is only a couple years old. I thought that Id try this software to help extend the life and maybe just maybe relieve some of its issues. Instillation was easy and without problems. It seems to have fixed a few of my issues but not all of them. I think with this software I was able to get some more life out of my computer then if I hadnt utilized it. I believe at this point for my computer a complete re-install is necessary and will be performed soon. Good bandage but I dont think it is good for my particular problem.

> 3 daythis program screwed my computer up even more than it was before. Hard time deleting it. Had to Google it to find out how to uninstall. Now I am going to have to wipe my computer clean and start over. I would not recommend this product

Greater than one weekIt was on sale and I thought it might be worth it to keep my 4 Win7 machines clean and fix the occassion problem--but there was not problem at the moment.

> 3 dayMy experience with Fix-It Utilities 12 Professional was just fine, but I have to admit that my needs for it as yet have been relatively simple. I installed this on an old laptop specifically to use the Shredder function to wipe the harddrive before recycling in the computer. The program installed just fine and I proceeded to wipe everything. It performed this task with relative ease. I cannot speak to the other aspects of the program but this part of it worked just fine.
