> 3 dayOnce upon a time the Avanquest products were respectable. Ive used both System Suite and Fix-It Utilities. I had Fix-It Utilities 12 Pro installed on my computers. I uninstalled it even though my contract still had more than three months left. I really wanted to believe it was as good as it was back when it was at version #5. Through the years their products have gone from competitive and reliable to junk. Customer service is terrible. Emails do not get answered. Their FAQ and Forums are a joke. Whenever the product is upgraded any settings have to be reset. One product upgrade removed the software, but did not replace it with anything. I had to reinstall from the disk. Windows does not recognize it as any kind of anti-malware sofware. The only good thing I have to say about it is, to my knowledge it did its job, when I installed a new virus checker, it found no viruses on my computer. The problem is the program is horribly clunky and customer service for a paid product is non-existent..

Greater than one weekThis software will really help you clean up your computer. We used it to clean up an older computer to be reused again. It worked great. Helped it start up better and function much better. It also has anti-virus software to help protect your computer from viruses. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI bought this to try to improve my computers performance, but now Windows wont start. I guess following this programs recommendations of having it fix several dozen registry issues and removing two unneeded start-up programs was a bad idea. So was buying the program in the first place. Save your money and your computer.

> 3 dayThis is the worst thing ever. Now that Ive foolishly installed it, my computer gives me a blue screen and I get a pop-up saying your computer was unable to start. My computer was a little slow but otherwise fine before I wrecked it with this buggy software. There are tons of other reviews on here where people have had an experience similar to mine, and I am shocked that this software is allowed on the market when it ruins peoples computers! I might as well have just surfed some free porn and let a virus eat my computer. At least it would have been free. Im surprised this company doesnt have a class action lawsuit on its hands!

> 3 dayFix It Utilities is compatible to most products of this kind. I am partial to MaAfee, but decided to give this one a try. The first thing that stood out was that Fix It protects up to 5 PCs and most others only protect up to 3 PCs. The price was in the same range as other PC protections and the installation was easy. There is not much else I can say at this point...need a few months to observe how well it protects.

> 3 dayI have used earlier versions of this software when I had windows xp. I decided to try it again for windows 7. I am very happy to say it has gotten even getter, and for the next year, I get automatic free updates for this all- in- one software that keeps everything running smoothly.
