> 3 dayLove this stuff! I have tried several other brands of corrosion prevention sprays and this is by far the best. Yes, it leaves a slippery film on a surface that does not dry out which is the point for adequate protection. You may find it necessary to wipe off (where maintenance is required) and then re-applied, for example for suspension work. It is not as inexpensive as some other brands when purchased in spray cans but Fluid Film is worth it. If you have large applications or like to apply it for example once or twice a year to your vehicles then buy the complete kit with a spray gun. If you have smaller periodic applications then add the spray cans to your Amazon list and keep an eye on the price. $10/can seems to be the best price so far. Hate to mention this on Amazon but it is also periodically available on sale at Lowes or AutoZone.

Greater than one weekjust sprayed it into my truck frame and under body areas. 6-2022 liked how it went on, well see what happens later in the year after I get some more miles on it?

> 3 dayAfter much research for a rust preventive lubricant, I purchased this product. As soon as I opened the can and smelled the product I had a flashback to my grandfathers machine and repair shop. He always had a 5 gallon pail of this stuff and used it on everything. I never knew what he was using until now. I hope it works as good for me as it did for him. Time will tell.

> 3 dayWas able to do 2 full size trucks with one gallon. Recommend you buy the gun to spray this stuff. I bought the wool wax pro gun and it worked great. This stuff is thick like peanut butter. I warmed it up in front of a torpedo heater and it’s still slow pouring through a funnel into the spray cups.

Greater than one weekThe Gallon is enough for 3-4 Applications of my Jeep. Applying via a Gun/air is a bit messy, but, worth the effort. For those who have yet to apply, it is gooey, smelly and the first few drives, a bunch of white smoke. What I gain is an under carriage blocked from Salt, yuck, mud, water, sand and whatever else your frame can get off the road. So, a little work saves your vehicle for a long time. I also spray it on my Mower decks.

> 3 dayInitially, this product looked very nice when it was applied. Here in Central New York State, where DOT uses salt on the roads all winter long, this was a waste of time and money. By spring, there was no trace of it on the underbody. I only washed the top of the car, never the underbody to prevent it from being washed off. This year Im trying waxoyl hard wax and electronic rustproofing together.

> 3 dayThis product is needed to preserve your car if you live in an area that uses salt on their roads in the winter. Im a firm believer that this product is the best on the market

Greater than one weekOk, so this gallon was improperly packaged and then a handler gave it one good swamp toss onto a truck. The lid popped off and now I have a dried up portion of a gallon. This is not acceptable. If they knew what Fluid Film was they might have loaded it wearing white gloves. F.F. is a stellar performer in most applications and is low cost making it one of the better selections available on the market.

> 3 dayThis is the best stuff to stop rust. It also penetrates into everything over time. If you have something very rusty and have a few weeks to wait, it will penetrate and loosen up the rust. It works great as a light lubricant. I use it on rollers chains that are not under heavy loads, pivot joints and slide assemblies.
