> 3 dayGreat stuff! Ive sprayed the bottom of my cars and equipment for years with used motor oil but no more since Ive found Fluid Film. This stuff goes on great with no drips, so no more having to put cardboard down to catch the oil drips. This also does not leave an atomized film all over everything else like the motor oil did. It is very thick like pudding, so at first I was a bit skeptical, but sprayed well with a cheap $20 dollar sprayer I bought on Amazon and 40 psi was the perfect pressure to use. I will use this forever now, great product and by the looks of it so far it will hold up a lot better than oil in the elements.

> 3 dayThis is my first experience with undercoating but since I bought a gently used Chevy 2500HD and I live in northern Ohio I felt that I should protect my vehicle for the long haul. Firstly, I overbought. I got 2 gallons and planned on doing my truck, a small suv and a Honda Fit. Well after heating up the oil and using a spray gun, I used a single canister which I believe to be about 32 oz on my truck, that figure counts for 2 coats as well. I’m not too sure on some of you saying you used a whole gallon because I can’t see how that’s feasible unless it was brushed on (definitely not spending that kind of time on that big of a vehicle.) all in all, I have plenty of product for the next few years at least. The viscosity from the cold initially was like pudding but after heating it up with a turbo heater it became very maple syrup like. Do that and you’ll have no issues. Use a tarp too! It protects from overspray and you can easily slide around on the concrete lol Update March 2019 The rust proofing seemed to stay on during the winter. My fine mist did well from what the eye can see and as a tester to see how long it would last, I put it on the face of my tires much like a tire shine, and when I get my truck washed the tires still shine where I applied it! So screw all other tire foams just use this. I’ll be applying it again next fall for sure. Also it appears the price fluctuated based on demand by $10 so something to consider. I think the next time I apply the product I’ll try to find another way to make it very thin and sprayable, like a heating probe or a hot knife tool? I’m open to suggestions because kerosene is expensive and smelly. Good product!!

> 3 dayGreat price @ $40 a gallon! Went to purchase a second one and the price increased over $5 a gallon. Found it locally for $40 and will get my second one there. If they drop to $40 again that would be the best. Great stuff as I undercoated my truck with it for the winter. OK, So I want to give an update a few days after the application. I see some negative reviews that state the first rain storm and all the Fluid Film is gone. We just had a snow storm here in New England and I spent plenty of time on the roads and highways including 3 hours of driving HWY 95 with salt and snow a couple of nights ago. This morning I checked the wheel wells and the fluid film is still there. I will keep posting through the winter to give updates. So far....I am overjoyed. Update! It has been two weeks now and I have driven through some wicked weather. A lot of salted roads and the film is still in the wheel wells. Wanted to update on how much I used on the truck. We own a 2016 F350 crew cab which is a really big pickup truck. The wheelbase is the longest in its class so there is more area to cover than an average pickup truck. I use 6 cans of spray with the 24 wand in the tight places, doors and rocker panels. Then in the wide open undercarriage, I sprayed a full gallon and I warmed it up before pouring into the sprayer. I used a cheap $40 Harbor Freight sprayer which I included a picture. You can find a 20% off coupon online to get it cheaper. I will post updates as the winter season goes on.

Greater than one weekJust ordered another gallon. Been using this stuff for the last 3 years. Great stuff and does not leave a heavy skin if you need to work under truck and still protects from the elements. I drive on beaches all the time and the undercarriage on my 4Runner and Van look great. I use it once a year. If too thick for sprayer you can cut the stuff with vegetable oil. Dont use anything thats solvent based.

> 3 dayI have been tasked with maintaining steel equipment in a marine environment for fifty years and this is the best product for equipment that is not easily sandblasted and painted. Its not suitable for things that are handled but for areas not subject to touch, its by far the best protection.

Greater than one weekUse this every fall in preparation for winter and the terrible solutions our government puts in the roads. This helps protect the metal from corrosive nature of these solutions.

> 3 dayGreat for brake and fuel lines. I used an undercoating gun and the film wrapped around it. I imagine it will need to be recoated every fall. It has only been a few months, but seems to stop the prgresion of rust . I used compressed air to remove mud and scale b 4 i sprayed

> 3 dayI wanted to undercoat my 2019 Toyota 4runner, knew about the product, just wasnt sure how much work it be. With the right gun I spent $89.95 for kellersport gun, it went on really easily, took about an hour. Just used cardboard underneath, make sure you buy a mask/respirator. The mask/respirator was like $30, well worth it, as I use it for several tasks. Yes it does stink but the smell goes away in a few days. It does really stick to the frame. I was so impressed went ahead and undercoated my 1997 T100 for kicks.

> 3 dayI am in a perpetual battle with rust. I live in Michigan, and buy older high mileage cars for my family. I have tried many rust converter products. A neighbor told me about this product, so I bought a gallon to give it a try. What I like about it is the ease of application. I keep the gallon close by whenever I go underneath any of my cars and give a brush to anything that looks like rust, or even the signs that it could become rust... From an application standpoint, it goes on easily, covers well, and when I have gone back under the vehicle for other work, it seems to be holding up well. Its my first year, so time will tell if it holds back the rust. That said, I have found nothing that works hands down. Some products slow the rust down, but I have found nothing that stops rust in its tracks. To give you an example of my yearly routine: Jack up the car on all four corners and remove the wheels: Wash the underbody, let it dry a few days, treat anything that looks like rust with a rust converter, give it a couple of days to dry, then retreat if required, or cover the treated area with rustoleum rust primer, give it a couple of days, then paint it with rustoleum shiny black paint. Then move to the next car, and the next car, and the next car. Repeat yearly. The one downside to this product that I can say so far, if it does not work, the are applied is oily/greasy and unlikely to be easily prepped for any other type of rust conversion/paint product.
