mine comes with the multi-meter as a package. the multi-meter is superb and has been working for many years. however, this voltage sensor was lightly used and worked for about year or so and wont work anymore. i suspected it needed a new battery but couldnt find how to replace the battery. mine is is the same as shown in the picture that has a green ON button. after i finally was able to figure out how to open the battery compartment (using screen driver pushing down the yellow tip on the clip and pry the cover out. needless to say it was not easy. by that time the battery already leaked. i cleaned the best as i can and replaced with new battery. now it works but the beep sound sometimes comes on and most of the times doesnt.

This product is not reliable and a MAJOR risk to life and limb. These wands give numerous false negatives when you first turn them on and after some warm up time they still occasionally give false negatives. I dont even think theres anything in the device that would even need a warm up.

Bought this unit to replace a 25 year Fluke that finally failed. Im expecting this one to outlive me. If youre spending this much money for a tester when you could buy a cheaply made one for less than half the price, you probably know enough not to trust either of them with your life. Its just one more backstop for proper procedures and tools.

Works better than most

Im in construction so this item is a must for me. I couldnt be happier. Its much better then what i was using before. Fluke is a great brand.

Tools works great. found my open line

Good and does the job. Like that it has a silent mode option.Its not as sensitive as I would like it but at times its too sensitive.
