It is everything the advertisement claims

First, they charge you almost $60 restocking fee for returns. Second, battery life advertising is false. Third, the watch is huge and heavy and not comfortable to carry on your wrist 24/7. Lastly, it’s not as intuitive to use and set/reset as similar watches. All they seem to care about is adding ridiculous functionality that the average person may never use and then charging exorbitantly for them.

So far, it has been a great upgrade from the Fénix 5. Better sleep tracking technology, more accurate GPS, and more data from the sensors. Strongly recommend it. Usually my training is a combination of running, bike and gym, which the watch has proved to be a great addition. Loving it!!

Very comfortable for a 24/7 wearable watch. Powerful computer, useful data, quality construction

First off, this isnt a cheap watch, so I was apprehensive about purchasing it. Read a ton of reviews and did a lot of research. This watch is worth every penny. The battery life is unbelievable. You really dont need to charge it for days even weeks depending on usage. The screen is large enough while not being too large. I love the entire Garmin ecosystem. Ive purchased a bunch more sensors for heart rate, biking, etc. The data is accurate including the GPS tracking. Just a great watch.

I have been waiting for this watch for a long time and was happy when it went on sale. Before that, I used the Phoenix 5X for 4 years and was in love with this watch, but the 7X version attracted new features and a touch screen. I finally bought them and was very happy. But soon after the purchase, I discovered a feature that upset me insanely - I have tattoos on my sleeves and you know what? The sensors doent read the heart rate through the black tattoo on my wrists! I didnt understand what was going on, I thought I got damaged product until I found the source of the problem. I do workouts and my activity indicators are very important to me. And now how do I know how many calories I burned during the day if all my data is incorrect?! I set the Strength Training mode during the gym session and the watch does not count the calories I spent! My entire training process is flushed down the toilet because Garmin has updated the optical sensor on the watch. I checked the watches on the hands of my friends who doent have tattoos and they work for them. I read on the Internet and found out that this problem exists in people with dark skin. A large amount of melanin is now a problem! I repeat, everything worked perfectly on the Phoenix 5X. Dont you think it smells like racism? How do I wear this watch now? Do I need to cut out the skin on my wrist for the watch to work on me?

Moved from an Apple Watch to the Fenix 7x Sapphire Solar and would not think twice about going back. Everything about this watch is amazing. Also, seller was fabulous with quick shipping.

I purchased this Fenix 7 to upgrade from a FR 935. Overall the Fenix looks and feel more premium, is more like a general use smart watch. I perceive the screen to be brighter, it is in fact a little bit bigger. I was expecting some improvements in the section for Strength Training, they made some changes but nothing remarkable. I have faced some connection issues from time to time, nothing crazy, but it shows the not connected (to the app) message some times. The widgets are nice, sleep tracking tool is good, you need to get used to sleep with a watch as big as this on.

I have the 6x and it is great, the 7x is an all around improvement, the best out there!
