> 3 dayEither this is poorly designed, or it has failed already. I have two LED lamps plugged into it. They draw about 10W each. The unit constantly restarts/resets, which makes the lights flip off then back on. There is absolutely no reason why a 20W load should cause this. I dont have a space heater or four huge incandescent bulbs plugged in, its two LEDs. Its shameful, and doesnt hold up to the standard of other Geeni products.

> 3 dayWhile I’m grateful for the four plugs, I cannot get it to pair whatsoever. I tried the manual, I tried Geeni, and I see others mentioning SmartLife however my Alexa doesn’t have that. It has SmartThings and that’s not working either. It’s not flashing. It’s a solid blue light. Whatever I’ve tried doesn’t work so I’ll have bright blue lights but unable to use the Alexa side of it. Very frustrating. I left my rating in the middle because this is made well and is very sturdy, however I can’t use it for it’s true use.

Greater than one weekI liked this when I first got it, it was easy to connect to wifi and I could control it with the app on my phone. However, a little over a year after using it I switched to a new internet provider. When I attempted to switch this to the new wifi, the app kept saying it couldnt find it. So I unplugged it to try to reset it, when I plugged it back in, the light came on so I plugged something in to it to test it and it shot out sparks and went dead. Now all it does is shoot sparks and then lose power. Upset that this only last a little over a year. But guess Im lucky I found that it was faulty before it burned my house down!

> 3 dayFirst the good. Easy to set up and control with Alexa. And that is all. Now all the rest. After controlling with Alexa the plug kept turning on and off. I had to continually uninstall then reinstall to Alex and even then it kept turning on and off. Even after a hard reset never worked properly. Had to return

> 3 dayI bought three of these to put in outlets that are behind heavy bakers racks with seven shelves on them, so that I could use Alexa to turn the lights on and off at a certain specific time without having to reset timers when there is a power outage. Two of them work great but one keeps dropping the connection and it does not attempt to reconnect at all when the connection is lost. And the one loses connection a lot. So I feel like I paid $60 to still have to move those heavy shelves so that I can hit the button every other day. Disappointing. Other than that, I love them. The ones that dont drop the connection all the time are perfect.

> 3 dayThis brand was fantastic, but its reliability is really bad, and their warranty department is worse. In less than a year 2 of the 5 Geeni products just stopped working, and when submitting the claim, the company has chosen to ignore them, cant get them to honor it. So 40% failure rate, no other segment of products has that dismal rate. No matter how easy to install and to manage (which I love), but if it doesnt work all this is pointless.

> 3 dayI have multie Lego light sets that plug into the wall and instead of turning each one individually I can choose which ones I want on with just my voice! Easy to set up and use and works flawlessly!
