I liked the product but it stopped working about 5 months after I got it. Now it doesnt respond to anything.

Unfortunately the return window closed after 4 weeks. So I guess Im just out of luck. The set up was also pretty difficult. Overall just pretty disappointed.

Pro’s: • Each of the 4 receptacles can be controlled separately • Receptacles are spaced far enough apart that each one can accommodate a larger power supply plug or brick plug which is great. • I have not tested the Alexa feature but that is a nice add for those that use Alexa to control things around the house • Surge suppression is a nice add as well. I wish every unit like this included surge suppression Con’s: • None that I can think of at this time. This is a solid unit Final thoughts: Solid unit to up-fit a standard duplex receptacle which allows Wi-Fi connectivity for 4 separate devices and also includes surge protection. I received this unit for free as part of the Vine program but feel I’ve given a fair unbiased review. I’m very pleased with how this is performing so far but I’ll come back to update my review if anything changes my opinion. Carry-on!

Purchased for two buffet lamps and it works like a charm. Over the past two years I have switched all of my timers to Geeni plugs. Makes life much easier setting the timers or turning a lamp on or off remotely.

This worked great for 10 months until it suddenly tripped and appears to be done dealing. It did it’s job though and didn’t fry my Alexa, or anything else plugged into it.

Like the title says I love this product but its having issues and maybe someone can answer it just keep turning on and off on and off about 8 times back to back turning off all my appliances and I have to disconnect in fear of my stuff breaking its not the outlet and Im not having a power outage because anything thats not connected to it isnt turning off .... so if someone can please help me find out why its doing this Update edit: So today 9/30/2022 months after buying this product it has officially died and it turned off and wont come back on this is the worst product that I have ever bought Would not recommend find a different product

The unit works well with Google. I appreciate that each outlet is controlled separately. Gives so much function to the system, along with home automation. The one issue is that it only fits conventional outlets. It will not fit a gfci with out modification and double sided tape. All and all very happy with the purchase.

It works really well and is easy to use

Spent 6 hours trying to get this smart plug to work with Google Home. Contacted tech support and they couldnt get it to work. Dont waste your time or money and their tech support is useless.
