very easy installation

Works as advertised and been using it for years as replacement for my genie garage door opener.

I was a little worried that these might not work since I was in one of the local home improvement stores and there were a couple of packages that looked as if they had been returned so apparently someone else had a problem. I installed these and replaced the wire (which came with the sensors) and it worked immediately. They were easy to install even though these didnt have the same type of ends or connections that my previous set had. I was even able to use the same holes from the old brackets. Look at the diagrams provided and read the instructions if you have never done this before (I hadnt) and you wont have any trouble. A local company had quoted me $90 to change them out so I guess I saved $90.

Have been dealing with two garage doors that would sometimes open and sometimes close and sometimes not for the three years we have lived at our current residence. Finally did what I shoulda done when we first moved in and replaced both pairs of sensors. Only took a few minutes and guess what? Doors work perfectly now! And, if you purchase them here they are literally half the price of the exact same ones from the Genie website!!

I ordered these due to a malfunctioning sensor. I replaced both in under 5 minutes and my garage door was fixed!

My garage door was working, so I called a garage door repair company. They quoted me a price of $350 to repair my garage door. I ordered the replacement kit for less than $30, removed four screws and replaced. My garage door now works perfectly.

If your garage door wont shut and your sensor is cycling four flashing red lights over and over this is the part you need. Simple to replace solved my problem in just minutes. Remove and replaced and my garage door works perfectly. Imagine what it would cost calling in someone to repair the door!

Due to a lightening strike my sensors died. These were prefect replacements and easy to install.
