GoSports Blocking Pads - Great for Martial Arts & Sports Training (Football, Basketball, Hockey, Lacrosse and More) - Standard or XL Sizes

I bought this as an alternative to the expensive alternatives (Fairtex, etc...) mainly to save some change but still get some work in at home. This think is pretty great so far. I’d hold off on ripping some low kicks. You can really feel low kicks so it depends on your skill level/ body type and the partner holding it for you (I’m 6’2 210lbs and my buddy is 5’10 200) but other than that it really absorbs the impact and is a good target to strike. I mainly have my buddy hold it or ratchet it to a tree for kicks since my gym is closed (Corona Virus). This pad is really solid especially for the price. The handles are also stitched pretty well and haven’t shown any sign of fraying after I’ve used the thing so much.

It is the same one my kid uses in football practice. Great quality. I expect to be able to use it for years to come to protect myself from my kid. In the off-season I plan to put in between me and my wife while we sleep. No more cuddling.

Good quality and the handles are not flimsy. Use this for Taekwondo training with my daughter and we both love it for home practice.

Perfect for running drills with my 130lb son. He is center and nose guard he has put a hurting on this bag and the bag has been taking it like a seasoned pro!

My kid does Taekwondo, and this is perfect for her when practicing The price is lower then most, and the quality is great, even when the kids decide to jump all over it, it hasnt shown any signs of tear and wear

This is a great blocking pad. Kids enjoy it, but had to wrap it up with tape due to cancer notice (which is on all of these pads I’ve come across). May also get them hand gloves in future to avoid touching it physically. Otherwise, pad is sturdy and looks durable. Has great portability and handles are secure. It’s doing a good job so far!
