GU Energy Original Sports Nutrition Energy Gel, 24-Count, Assorted Indulgent Flavors

The gel consistency was odd for me at first, but the flavor is good enough for this to overlook & by the 3rd packet I was used to it! I definitely feel a difference if I don’t take this for my weekly HIIT workouts. I’m definitely buying it again! Best flavors are espresso and caramel in my opinion :)

A Gu helps me get moving for my masters swim class and also before and sometime during a bike ride. The Espresso Love and the Chocolate are my favorites.
