> 3 dayLove this. Im one of those rare women that can live without chocolate. Yet when I do indulge, I tend to go for the after-dinner chocolate mints or peppermint patty-type of candy. I dont use the packets. I have the coordination of a drunk bear and after cutting my lip trying to open a packet, I bought one of those flasks that you can add sports gels to.This is great. I also like the GU Chocolate Outrage, but this one is more liquidy whereas the Outrage has the consistency of icing, which is okay, but not when someone (me) needs a sugar boost. This has the consistency of chocolate syrup. The flavor is perfect. I have this on monthly order through Amazon for the simple reasons that a) its rare that you can find this flavor in sports stores, and b) my husband treats this like candy.

> 3 dayThese things are fantastic. My wife and I carried several of them with us when we ran our first half marathon, and Im convinced there were times that these were the only things keeping us going. The flavors are great, personally I like the chocolate and coffee flavors best but my wife loved the caramel and vanilla so everyones happy! This pack came with a ton of them too, we carried quite a few with us to the half marathon and there were a lot left over so I took some to work to get me through night shift. These little guys pack quite a punch, and I was surprised by how much energy I got from one little pouch, and the energy didnt wear off too fast either. Highly recommended for runners or anyone living on caffeine and looking for a better alternative to guzzling energy drinks all night when youre too tired to be operating heavy machinery but still are expected to do so.

> 3 dayLots of flavors. Good slorp. Keeps me alive on longer bike rides. One slorp every 10 miles seems to work well.

> 3 dayI have trained for 3 marathons. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE THINGS. I cant handle the vanilla or any other flavor but this mint one. They boost my energy and keep me running. Store easily in my water belt and I also sometimes tuck them in my bra strap. If you are a runner, you know what places we can fit things. Tear open easily while Im running, even with sweaty hands (I dont stop to open them). Cant rave enough about how great these things are. I know there are a lot of different types of energy gel brands, but if you are trying one out for the first time, try these!

> 3 dayThis is advertised as cola but it doesnt taste anything like i was expecting. Not that gels are culinarily amazing but these are pretty nasty. Almost like a chocolate gu was mixed with lemon lime. I would recommend you try a single packet before buying like this idiot. On the positive note... the texture is thin and much better than others such as clif shots

Greater than one weekHere is what I liked: • Affordable • Good taste (not too sweet, like some GUs) • Energy for long runs • Minimal GI distress while consuming on the run I didnt care too much for: • The taste has a synthetic after-taste. You can tell it was made in a factory, not with love.
