> 3 dayThe product arrival and its shipment was great but using this product is not even worth the price that is selling. I does have a long cord but the water capacity are very small by the time it boils the water vapor that release already evaporating right before you use it in the second period of time. So you have to refill the water already before you even get into half way of your work. In my bathroom, I was just trying this only on the faucets to clean around it and as I release the button to release the steam it will release and once you start to use it, the container is almost as empty already in very short period of time. So it can reach to surface in the shower if you wanted to use, but if the container evaporated right away before you use it then what is the purpose of that. You have to wait for the container to cool down before you can add water and it is just a waisted time for this wait, then when by the time you add water to it you also have to wait for the light to go off once it is hot or ready to use. It is just ridiculous. In other word, it is just wasted time and wasted money on this and it should be taken off the market for the people keep buying them to waste their money

> 3 dayI tried this out on my bathroom radiator and it did a great job of blasting out dust devils and melting through grime. The reservoir is not that large, but water=weight and I wouldn’t want it any heavier considering that you must hold both the unit in your hand and the release button down with your thumb to make it work, all while controlling the direction of the steam. It seems at least one reviewer thought a safety feature was a product defect: It’s true, you can’t open the cap to refill the reservoir until the unit cools down. This takes longer than you might wish if you’re eager to get back to steaming, but just as you wouldn’t want it any heavier, when the cap does release and you observe the temperature of the metal inside, you definitely wouldn’t want it any hotter. Stick it in the freezer for a few minutes if you want to speed things up. Subtracting one star for a bait-and-switch marketing ploy that accompanied the unit. I received no recompense for this review.

> 3 dayThis stream cleaner is amazing, Ive used it to clean my window sills and patio door slider. My patio sliding door was sticking and using this cleaner made it slide so easy, no more sticking. I cant wait to use it on the tiny crevices like under my shower door and my baseboards. I was going to get the Bissell steam cleaner but this thing works amazing so Im happy I got it instead.

> 3 dayThis works for small areas...not very impressed with the pressure of the steam..the hose is nice...wish it held more water at a time though. But for the cost it makes sense.

> 3 dayBought this back in the spring and it worked well for deep cleaning around the house (flagstone, counters, bathtubs, windowsills, etc.), until it just stopped heating up about two weeks ago. From what i have read online it seems that the internal heating element has failed. The warranty information link does not work but from FAQ it lasts for 1 year? Not sure how to exactly use that as the website is just an amazon storefront. I found an email in the user manual that i may try but they make it pretty hard to use the warranty.

> 3 dayBueno, aunque podría ser excelente si no tardara tanto en calentar y el taque no se vaciará tan rápido.

Greater than one weekWhile it does perform well for what it is, face it: no steamer is going to perform like the ones sold on TV. Why not? It seem theirs will remove any and all stains and gunk with limited effort. In real life, no. On TV they fake up grease build up and moldy showers using crap like dried dark corn syrup - anything that will melt away quickly. I bought this hoping against hope it would work well on a badly neglected shower in some rental property but, no go. It was largely a waste of time an effort. Will have to turn to other brushes and commercial cleaners and lots of elbow grease. Im not saying this steamer is without merit. If used consistently before things get badly out of hand, it would probably work just nicely. It just cant resurrect the dead and neither could the TV units either.

> 3 dayWorks surprisingly well! The only reason I docked a star is because it doesn’t hold a lot of water and you can’t refill it while it’s hot so each time it runs out of water you have to let it cool down, refill it, and let it heat up again. It took me 3 refills to do a king size mattress.
