Greater than one weekI like the product because it’s light weight but it runs out of steam very quickly. While the steam is coming out it does a creaky good job plus it heats up fast with a safety Feature, it will not allow you to take the cap off while it’s hot.

> 3 daySo I just recently received this item and initially I was impressed by its power which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars but after less than a week of use (approximately 5 days) I was attempting to use it this morning before work only to be met with a unit that no longer heated up. I tried all the suggestions provided in the troubleshooting section of the manual it came with and ended up wasting almost 30 minutes of time that wouldve been better served to getting ready for work. Fortunately I made it in with minutes to spare but still. Im disappointed as this would be a great product otherwise. I havent yet reached out to the company but I will update you what happens. I will say that while it was working the product did serve its purpose very well in providing a good option to steam clean items. My only other issues is that the unit does not allow for single-hand use so if youre looking to use it on maybe clothing for wexsampleyou will have to hang it on something for example as you use the unit, also there doesnt seem to be a turn off option aside from unplugging when done nor does there seem to be an auto-shutoff feature.

> 3 dayThis steamer is a decent product for cleaning small surfaces around the home. It gets pretty hot but the spout is so small that you have to get right upon the surface to get results. Some of the tools are useless and it doesnt hold enough water to get the job done without constantly refilling it. It takes about 10 mins of cool down before you can get the cap off to refill it. But if you are patient it will do the job.

Old, cheap, and brutally honest.
Greater than one weekIt holds only about 3/4 cup of water, 1.75 liters. Its great if youre cleaning your toothbrush and sink only, OR toilet only. It then takes about 15 minutes to cool down before you can remove the safety cap and refill it. I steamed my queen mattress and had to refill it 6 times = A little over two hours. Spend a few more dollars and get a larger unit. I recommend a floor model = large water tank and long hose so you dont have to hold the unit in one hand and guide to nozzle with the other. DO NOT <> <> <> THROW THE PACKING MATERIALS AWAY, until you decide to keep the unit. You cant return the item without the complete packaging.

> 3 dayI have been detailing cars for years and finally decided I needed to work smarter, not harder. Got this steam cleaner and wow it makes cleaning gunk off of floor mats, dashboards, door panels, and any other plasticy surface you can think of. Only suggestions I would have are to include a longer hose and change the steam button to be on the hose rather than the device itself. No matter what, it will make life a lot easier

Greater than one weekRecently began renovating a kitchen with a wallpaper boarder we were struggling to remove until we got this! Super easy to use and heats up in no time. Its light enough 8 could climb up and down a ladder with no problem. The only thing is I wish you could see the water level in the tank so you know when you are about to run out. Cant wait to use the other attachments and test out its cleaning power next!
