Cant tell where the fill line is easily, cant remove the lid for at least an hour to empty the steamer. Not really loving it, but Ive been trying. Less than impressed.

Ive 4 children, three of them are young boys. My walls in the bathroom are yellow and my grout WAS dark brown around the toilet. The rest of the grout is light grey! As soon as the steam cleaner was delivered I opened it, filled it up and after a few minutes started steaming my grout. Yall, Ive spent HOURS of elbow grease and bleach with no real improvement; in less than 10 minutes with steam the grout looked better than it has in years. Its not perfect, but hugely improved with very little effort. Im confident after a few more steaming efforts well see the original color shine through. ONLY feedback is that the window / door brush plate will not seat onto the steamer tool. This is not what I bought it for so it doesnt change how much I like the steamer.

Works surprisingly well! The only reason I docked a star is because it doesn’t hold a lot of water and you can’t refill it while it’s hot so each time it runs out of water you have to let it cool down, refill it, and let it heat up again. It took me 3 refills to do a king size mattress.

I do like this product. I would love it if it was cordless. It is hard to maneuver around small spaces with the cord attached. It is great for small areas. If you are looking to do any major cleaning, plan on hours of time to get the job done, like a stove, shower, etc. The amount of times you need to refill can be frustrating but not as frustrating as having to wait 30 mins for the machine to cool down so you can open the top to add more water. Now, with that said, it is a safety feature which is indeed needed for this. There is just alot of downtown in between fills. For small quick hits, it is amazing. I will be looking for a larger machine to do more intense and bigger jobs.

I wanted so badly to love this, but it has some big flaws. The biggest one is the on/off button, you have to hold it down the entire time and it’s not comfortable. Even switching off thumbs my hands hurt after about 3 rounds of use. It’s also only good for about 5 minutes of stream with 175ml max (noted on the instructions). So I think that’s a little misleading on the packaging saying it’s a tank capacity of 350ml? It’s annoying to do 5 minutes of cleaning, wait for the machine to cool down, add water, wait for head up (which is quick to be fair), but it still feels like a lot of time for not a lot of steam. Overall I’m disappointed, it’ll be a return for me.

This stream cleaner is amazing, Ive used it to clean my window sills and patio door slider. My patio sliding door was sticking and using this cleaner made it slide so easy, no more sticking. I cant wait to use it on the tiny crevices like under my shower door and my baseboards. I was going to get the Bissell steam cleaner but this thing works amazing so Im happy I got it instead.

It holds only about 3/4 cup of water, 1.75 liters. Its great if youre cleaning your toothbrush and sink only, OR toilet only. It then takes about 15 minutes to cool down before you can remove the safety cap and refill it. I steamed my queen mattress and had to refill it 6 times = A little over two hours. Spend a few more dollars and get a larger unit. I recommend a floor model = large water tank and long hose so you dont have to hold the unit in one hand and guide to nozzle with the other. DO NOT <> <> <> THROW THE PACKING MATERIALS AWAY, until you decide to keep the unit. You cant return the item without the complete packaging.

I got this to steam clean and disinfect my furniture but didn’t work as expected. It kept dripping water everywhere on the floor.

Once you have used this on your stove/oven you will find so many different things that you can use it on. Love it

I got this in June and was very pleased with the cleaning power it had. When filled with water, it can be a little cumbersome to maneuver around and my thumb sometimes got tired holding down the on button. The reason for 2 stars is that it stopped spraying/working. It gets hot and powers on, but if I push the button, it doesn’t spray at all. I’m very sad about that.
