So I just recently received this item and initially I was impressed by its power which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars but after less than a week of use (approximately 5 days) I was attempting to use it this morning before work only to be met with a unit that no longer heated up. I tried all the suggestions provided in the troubleshooting section of the manual it came with and ended up wasting almost 30 minutes of time that wouldve been better served to getting ready for work. Fortunately I made it in with minutes to spare but still. Im disappointed as this would be a great product otherwise. I havent yet reached out to the company but I will update you what happens. I will say that while it was working the product did serve its purpose very well in providing a good option to steam clean items. My only other issues is that the unit does not allow for single-hand use so if youre looking to use it on maybe clothing for wexsampleyou will have to hang it on something for example as you use the unit, also there doesnt seem to be a turn off option aside from unplugging when done nor does there seem to be an auto-shutoff feature.

This Handheld Pressurized Steam Cleaner is a great choice for deep cleaning. It takes a bit longer to heat up than other cleaners, but the long cord is a nice feature. The pressure could be higher, but the attachments that are included with the unit are a great bonus. Cleaning was effective and the attachments made it easier to get into hard-to-reach places. One unit was purchased and it is recommended that others may find it useful.

It makes what barely passes for steam, so its not entirely wrong. But its extremely weak and sputters more than sprays. Also doesnt last long in use, can use it for about 20 seconds at most before its just shooting cold mist and needs to heat back up. Definitely not good enough to clean most things youd want a steam cleaner for.

Steam anything in ur house except linoleum, this tool will make you want to clean!

Great product, very happy with the product. I was hesitant at first but thought Id try it, given the price. This thing is AMAZING! Ive found so many uses for it. I bought it for paint removal, but Ive removed stubborn carpet stains that Ive treated several other ways, cleaned our molding, windows (it has a squeegee attachment which is great!), my tub shines like new, I could go on and on. I cant wait to use it on new my car. Some reviews mention a slow cool down time, but if you empty it completely, it doesnt take long at all before you can open it and refill. Comes with many useful attachments as well. It a very satisfy with these product.

Like other reviewers said, the cap doesn’t open for a significant amount of time to refill. I tried all the methods including unplugging and letting out excess steam. I even waited 10 minutes at least. Bottom line is, until the steamer cools down over 15+ minutes, you can’t refill. Worse yet, the fill container isn’t clear. So you don’t even entirely know how much you can top off since you can’t see it!! Mine spilled over while topping off, then once the steamer started to warm up, water started leaking from the cap, since obviously water expands as it heats. I should have packed it away the moment I saw the first page of the manual started with FAQS about the top not opening, rather then the instructions of actually how to use the product, which was about pages 3 or 4 I believe. Don’t waste your time or money and go with another brand.

Easy to use, cleans and disinfects very good and well made including the attachments. I purchased this steamer to clean out my AC unit that had some mold in it. The steamer really helped clean out in hard to reach places using the provided attachments since using this steamer to deep clean the AC. I used to get really bad sinus headaches and get congested when the AC was on due to the mold blowing everywhere but since I cleaned the AC with the steamer I no longer have these issues so the steamer really helped clean/ disinfect my AC unit. Definitely worth having and I’m glad I purchased the steamer.

I wanted so badly to love this, but it has some big flaws. The biggest one is the on/off button, you have to hold it down the entire time and it’s not comfortable. Even switching off thumbs my hands hurt after about 3 rounds of use. It’s also only good for about 5 minutes of stream with 175ml max (noted on the instructions). So I think that’s a little misleading on the packaging saying it’s a tank capacity of 350ml? It’s annoying to do 5 minutes of cleaning, wait for the machine to cool down, add water, wait for head up (which is quick to be fair), but it still feels like a lot of time for not a lot of steam. Overall I’m disappointed, it’ll be a return for me.

Ive 4 children, three of them are young boys. My walls in the bathroom are yellow and my grout WAS dark brown around the toilet. The rest of the grout is light grey! As soon as the steam cleaner was delivered I opened it, filled it up and after a few minutes started steaming my grout. Yall, Ive spent HOURS of elbow grease and bleach with no real improvement; in less than 10 minutes with steam the grout looked better than it has in years. Its not perfect, but hugely improved with very little effort. Im confident after a few more steaming efforts well see the original color shine through. ONLY feedback is that the window / door brush plate will not seat onto the steamer tool. This is not what I bought it for so it doesnt change how much I like the steamer.
