Bought this product after seeing a video on tiktok about it, instantly happy with my choice after recieving! This steamer is good for several different things, from deep cleaning to steaming your clothes. Lightweight and very powerful!

Handheld stream this works great in the grout in the bathroom to get all of the grime out of the grout you can also use this in multiple different place around the house or in your car to do a nice deep cleaning

Not enough steam power to clean grout.

It worked well enough for the purpose I bought it for (cleaning furniture that I’m restoring). It is a clunky for small purposes and not being able to lock the on button means you can’t just have it run while using the hose attachment. I did buy this used in Very Good condition. The description said it would come in a damaged box, which who cares. What it didn’t say is that it is missing the brush attachments, which were the sole attachments I wanted to use. Someone else mentioned missing these in their box, which is a little coincidental. If Amazon or sellers are open to having used items for sale, there should be more specific and accurate descriptions as to what the product will be.

Easy to use

For 7 weeks the product was great. It was my favorite cleaning tool, until it suddenly stopped working in the middle of use. I searched the owners pamphlet for warranty information; only to discover that such information did not exist. Per the product web page I contacted the seller and received a response within the requisite 48 hours. The seller politely asked me to make sure I didnt use more than 250ml of water. I responded stating that I only filled the reservoir with 175ml of water and that I practiced all the recommended troubleshooting procedures for 2 days before contacting the seller. My response is a week old now and I have not heard from the seller again. I recommend purchasing a name brand with a good reputation for backing their product if you are bothered about throwing your money away. Update: the seller eventually decided to refund my purchase; therefore I have increased my star review.

This product is easy to use and light weight and works well for some projects like cleaning the car and getting in cracks and crevices. It does not work well on fabrics. Also not sure if it’s great for deep cleaning it does work well for just surface cleaning. If you’re looking for something to clean grout or something for heavy duty cleaning this probably isn’t the one for you. But I love this for cleaning my car for hitting the upholstery of the couches with or a crack or crevice that I can’t get into.
