> 3 dayLike other reviewers said, the cap doesn’t open for a significant amount of time to refill. I tried all the methods including unplugging and letting out excess steam. I even waited 10 minutes at least. Bottom line is, until the steamer cools down over 15+ minutes, you can’t refill. Worse yet, the fill container isn’t clear. So you don’t even entirely know how much you can top off since you can’t see it!! Mine spilled over while topping off, then once the steamer started to warm up, water started leaking from the cap, since obviously water expands as it heats. I should have packed it away the moment I saw the first page of the manual started with FAQS about the top not opening, rather then the instructions of actually how to use the product, which was about pages 3 or 4 I believe. Don’t waste your time or money and go with another brand.

> 3 dayI wanted so badly to love this, but it has some big flaws. The biggest one is the on/off button, you have to hold it down the entire time and it’s not comfortable. Even switching off thumbs my hands hurt after about 3 rounds of use. It’s also only good for about 5 minutes of stream with 175ml max (noted on the instructions). So I think that’s a little misleading on the packaging saying it’s a tank capacity of 350ml? It’s annoying to do 5 minutes of cleaning, wait for the machine to cool down, add water, wait for head up (which is quick to be fair), but it still feels like a lot of time for not a lot of steam. Overall I’m disappointed, it’ll be a return for me.

Greater than one weekI tried this out on my bathroom radiator and it did a great job of blasting out dust devils and melting through grime. The reservoir is not that large, but water=weight and I wouldn’t want it any heavier considering that you must hold both the unit in your hand and the release button down with your thumb to make it work, all while controlling the direction of the steam. It seems at least one reviewer thought a safety feature was a product defect: It’s true, you can’t open the cap to refill the reservoir until the unit cools down. This takes longer than you might wish if you’re eager to get back to steaming, but just as you wouldn’t want it any heavier, when the cap does release and you observe the temperature of the metal inside, you definitely wouldn’t want it any hotter. Stick it in the freezer for a few minutes if you want to speed things up. Subtracting one star for a bait-and-switch marketing ploy that accompanied the unit. I received no recompense for this review.

> 3 dayIt has definitely made my bathroom cleaning chores much easier. Works better than elbow grease with bleach or other cleaning products! I’ve used it mostly on tiles and they do an awesome job. Having used it for several months now, it’s still as powerful as the first day I got it. Read the instructions first! I was in a hurry to use it and didn’t and it can be quite tricky at first if you don’t know what you’re doing and I definitely didn’t know what I was doing. I see a couple of reviews with complaints saying it’s a small tank and I do agree with that however, it’s a pretty hefty product. Not too heavy but it’s not super light either so a bigger water tank would have probably made it difficult for certain people to use it.

> 3 dayWhile it does perform well for what it is, face it: no steamer is going to perform like the ones sold on TV. Why not? It seem theirs will remove any and all stains and gunk with limited effort. In real life, no. On TV they fake up grease build up and moldy showers using crap like dried dark corn syrup - anything that will melt away quickly. I bought this hoping against hope it would work well on a badly neglected shower in some rental property but, no go. It was largely a waste of time an effort. Will have to turn to other brushes and commercial cleaners and lots of elbow grease. Im not saying this steamer is without merit. If used consistently before things get badly out of hand, it would probably work just nicely. It just cant resurrect the dead and neither could the TV units either.

> 3 dayIve 4 children, three of them are young boys. My walls in the bathroom are yellow and my grout WAS dark brown around the toilet. The rest of the grout is light grey! As soon as the steam cleaner was delivered I opened it, filled it up and after a few minutes started steaming my grout. Yall, Ive spent HOURS of elbow grease and bleach with no real improvement; in less than 10 minutes with steam the grout looked better than it has in years. Its not perfect, but hugely improved with very little effort. Im confident after a few more steaming efforts well see the original color shine through. ONLY feedback is that the window / door brush plate will not seat onto the steamer tool. This is not what I bought it for so it doesnt change how much I like the steamer.
