> 24 hourUPDATE: Costumer service reached out to me and we are getting a refund! I am very impressed that they want to make it right. I upgraded my review from a 1 star because of their efforts. THANK YOU! This scale was not accurate for us. If I was not so crazy with a newborn, I would have reached out the company early and tried to figure out the issue. The free app is the best part for tracking babies diapers and feedings.

> 24 hourAs a new mom with a baby who struggled with breastfeeding and gaining weight, this product gave us so much peace of mind to know that she was continuing to grow. The changing pad is sleek and easy to clean. The Hatch app is wonderfully easy to use with so many great features to track feedings, sleep, diapers, etc. As a first time mom, I couldn’t recommend this product more!

> 24 hourThe grow is great. Its very helpful being able to measure our babys intake when breast feeding and also keep up on his weight between doctor visits. Its also a great value as a changing table. Its around the same price as the peanut yet you get all of the scale features as well -- a definite buy! Theres no real cons to this from my view -- I guess it could be more sensitive (measures to nearest .25 oz), but if you look at just the plain baby scales on amazon, most of them only go to the .5 oz, so I dont really view this as a negative given that I dont see any better competitors in the market.

> 24 hourNothing occupied my mind more as a new mother more than wanting to ensure I was producing enough milk and that my babies were gaining sufficient weight. For my first baby, I had to lug him across the city to use the scales at the peds office and all of the available baby scales were hard and hard to use. Im so glad Hatch Baby created the Grow, I consider it an essential tool for breastfeeding mamas. The Grow is an amazingly helpful tool for easing new mothers minds and the ability to track multiple data points is awesome. And in addition to it being an incredibly useful item, its also so nice to look at and so easy to clean. The old days of having to wash multiple changing pad covers a day is gone. And this is so much more hygienic, since you can wipe it down after every change. Thanks for creating a beautiful, practical item, Hatch Baby!

> 24 hourWorst scale and a total rip-off! The scale broke after a year and a half and since the warranty is only a year they wouldn’t do anything for me except give me 20% off. The “loading cells” are so delicate , evidently moving it to clean can break them. Why advertise it as a changing station when it Is obviously going to take some kind of movement and “downward pressure”. It claimes to have a weight limit of 44 pds. Well I guess don’t put a heavy baby on it or let the baby kick. According to their email to me “Grow is damaged when more than 44lbs of pressure has been applied to the scale which breaks the weighing mechanism.” It claims to be accurate to .25 oz but I rarely got repeatable result and often had to take multiple measurements to even get an idea . It is known that this scale is one of the most inaccurate. This company exploits new parents who want to measure newborn feedings. I completely regret this purchase. If I had had more time and energy to do more research after my baby was born, I would have seen that they are not only one of the most innacurate but have the worst warranty for scales. I am assuming they want parents to repeatedly buy this after it breaks after warranty expires , or expect them to throw it away after a year if they have only one child . There are many scales that are much better. This thing for me now is nothing more than a overpriced changing pad. My advice is to either get the Health-o-meter grow with me which has a 10 YEAR WARRANTY or Hopkins Featherweight Baby Scale which has a 3 year warranty and graduations of .16 oz and is only 40 dollars more than the stupid Hatch grow. Or just take the time to do more research. I’ve heard you can rent professional grade scales and even for around 300 you can buy a professional grade scale. The Hatch grow is not durable and won’t last through multiple children . It didn’t even last through one child for me. No Hatch. I’m not going to use your 20% off to buy your product again. I’m not stupid enough to spend another 100 dollars to replace it when it is obviously just going to break again.

> 24 hourThe weight is accurate. We purchase a hospital grade Medela scale and compared the two scales and they were accurate. However, as a changer it’s sub par. It’s hard, small and clunky. They should add a foam to make it softer. I like the Keekaroo changer way way better.

> 24 hourIt’s a Must! The app also allows you to track sleep, weight, diapers, pumping, length, etc… after my son spent 14 days in the NICU, coming home and having this eased my mind so much.

> 24 houri have one foster cat who is obese and one of my own cats who is too thin, so i wanted to be able to monitor their weights. i wanted a scale that didnt have a wobbly metal or shelf to put the animal on or anything that otherwise might spook and frighten them. this one is PERFECT for that. i put it near where the cat eats, and it naturally goes to sit on it to clean itself after all. i weigh it during that brief time. brilliant. BUT. for reasons i cannot guess, the app can track only two animals. period. so my original hope was to track all my pets and fosters, deleting fosters eventually and maybe storing their data in a google sheet in case they came back to me. my own animals are already four to track (well, three bc one dog is larger than this permits). so i could track *only* those two cats. to track another animal at some point, ill have to copy ones data to a google sheet, then rename it in the app and pretend not to know about the previous weights. (maybe theres a way to delete and create a new one, but i havent really looked for or found it yet.) so, perfect for one or two animals. annoying but still pretty awesome if you want to track more.

> 24 hourThis product is great until about 3-4 months in when the little feet start popping off with normal use. I have 3 kids and after our second I wanted a white wipe clean changing pad for obvious reasons. The wipe clean factor of this changing pad is exactly what I wanted. But now here I am 6-8 months in and 2 feet have come off and so the pad wobbles back and forth which is very annoying. The scale won’t work because now the feet are missing. Then one of the strap pieces broke off right when my youngest needs to be strapped in regularly because she likes to flip all over the place when she’s being changed. I feel like this is now a safety issue. The straps shouldn’t be able to break off like this. Yes you should always be watching your child on the changing pad, but now I have no way of keeping her from flipping over as I try to change her diaper. I’m very disappointed that for the price this changing pad didn’t last more than a few months.

> 24 hourWorks well. Not 100% sure how accurate it is but so far no definite complaints
