> 24 hourYou can overstuff these bags easily. They are strong and flexible. I love the handles because they are easier to tie and carry. Great bags i can depend on not breaking.

> 24 hourThese make good liners for my kitchen waste basket. As they get fuller, I can tie 2 opposing flaps to partially close the top, leaving 2 openings to use intil full. These have many uses, like when picking veggies in the garden.

> 24 hourThese bags are really great! I cant believe that Ive wasted so much money on the Glad brand for as long as I can remember - the ones that have 2 handles just like these. Except, they are more expensive and not as strong. Plus, they werent always available. We go through a lot of trash around here. Plus, were finishing some big projects and went through a ton of trash bags. They hold a lot and stretch nicely without splitting. I hate those ones that have little tabs at the top and youre supposed to tie those? Its so much easier with the handle ones. Thank you!

> 24 hourWe bought a Krusher (trash can with compacting lid). Once you put the bag in, it would trap air on the sides reducing space. Also if you compacted too much, the bag would rip. I randomly found these Hipposak trash bags at the grocery store. Were pricey but I wanted to take advantage of my trash can features. These trash bags were perfect! The handles acted in two ways. One they made it easier to pull the bag out with one hand while holding the trash can down with the other. Secondly, the handles providing openings for air to easily escape when you compacted the trash. As far as durability, I have been using these for about 6 months now and not one has ripped or punctured. I started buying these on Amazon because I can buy them in bulk and it makes them the same price as a name brand bag. These trash bags and my trash can have made life easier. We do not make a ton of trash but we live in a townhome that requires a good walk to dispose of the trash. So no worries here. We take the trash out less and do not have to worry about breaks on the way to the outdoor trash can.

> 24 hourI have only used 2 bags so far, but these 13 gal tall kitchen waste bags are of very good quality. They are a good thickness, no tearing or ripping, and the handles are very easy to tie and sturdy to use for carrying. The bags fit tightly around the top of the trash can so there is no slipping. They are also easy to remove. Other plastic trash bags I have purchased have stuck together and have been a bear to open due to static, but these are very easy to open up and use. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourThese are very sturdy. I never have holes or torn handles no matter how much I stuff in there, and I stuff them well! Better than name brand bags, and cheaper too.

> 24 houri Love these with the subscribe & save discount, they cost less than the sale or even coupon price of the top of the line Hefty or Glad. They are just as tough & absolutely leak proof. i dont have to chase sown coupons or sales or even leave the house. We are never out of bags. i also love the shape. They are narrow & tall but have a bottom that is heat sealed in the center. So, when filled they fill out round like most kitchen bags. But fit better in varied size cans.. The tall shape, long handles, and NO odor or scent; make these great for household uses other than garbage. i use them to store bedding & they are sturdy enough to tote loads of laundry too. Keep some in the car to protect items against rain or to replace the flimsy clothing bags Dept. stores provide. i LOVE all of the Hippo products. I am disabled and take my meals in bed; so my bedroom garbage is more like kitchen & bath garbage. I use Hippo small saks to for my meal trash then toss them into one of these kitchen bags along with juice containers and washcloths and i never worry about leaks. LOVE THEM> ♿Lisa

> 24 hourThese bags are wonderful!!! I cannot find any sort of trash bags with handles anymore. they all either come with those stupid twist ties or have those plastic pull string ties. Horrible!!! I used to buy this brand of bag at Kroger but not I buy them online. You can tie up the bag with the long handles and still be able to carry the trash without the handles cutting off the circulation in your hand (like the pull string ties do to me) The bags are very strong and dont leak either. The bags also come in the color black if that is preferred.

> 24 hourI have been using drawstring garbage bags for as long as I can remember (20 or 30 years), usually the type that are supposed to stretch and be resistant to punctures. Well, lately, the drawstring bags seem to be flimsier, so I decided to give the Hippo Sak handle trash bags a try. Weve used about 8 of these so far, and I have been very pleased with them overall. They feel thick and have not ripped or had any leaks (in spite of visible liquid in the bottom of one of them). The handles are both easy to tie and to untie to add something else into the bag, and the bags stay in place in the garbage can instead of falling inside. As long as the price of these stays comparable to the drawstring bags and they stay this quality, I plan to buy them for the foreseeable future.
