This guy is selling defective product keyboard died within the first 6 hours, great sells my dude what a waste of time

So far so good. It was easy to install and use. Im still not sure about the speed since I havent used it that much. Its light enough and the screen size is adequate. This is what I was looking for and the price was right.

We have only had for a week, so not too much to say yet. Setup was quick and easy. Everything seems to function as expected

I use this laptop for work and writing. It is a great laptop but if multiple processes are running at the same time it tends to bog down. I feel that if it had the Ryzen 5 or the core I5 processor it would be the perfect laptop for any professional. The touchscreen is very responsive and the graphics are great for a budget system. Overall fairly satisfied with this laptop.

i am having black screen issues when scrolling down, if i scroll back up it goes away but it is distracting.

Perfect for school.

This product that I bought from the seller never worked. The Seller knew that the SSD drive is not working yet sold it to me. I bought it as a gift and before the recipient installed the product and noticed it was not working and reported to me, it was past the returning date. Now I can’t return the Laptop and it’s faulty. Amazon should help me return this device to the seller and refund my money or replace the Laptop. This is very sad.

While very solid in most ways, this computer has very display quality. Despite changing all of the settings, it often appears greyed out. It is difficult to read the text on some pages as a result.
