I have had this computer for about two months. The screen turns black constantly, I have to restart the computer in order for me to continue using it. The camera on it doesn’t work... waste of money, go with a different brand!

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for distant learning. It’s perfect for her. Easy to navigate, great quality, she loves the touchscreen feature. Not sure about the battery life, haven’t tested it, but also haven’t had an issue with it. It comes with a ‘S-mode’ safety feature, which I had to switch out of to download Google Chrome and Zoom. It’s lightweight and compact. The screen size is a decent size for her school needs.

This laptop has been the cause of constant headaches ever since purchasing it. Only needed it for basic web browsing and schoolwork - nothing crazy. After only 3-4 months I started experiencing issues, the system fan would run abnormally loud sometimes. Shortly after, the fan failed completely and the laptop wouldnt start at all. What made it all worse is HPs awful customer service. After hours of chatting with customer support (impossible to get anyone on the phone) one of their reps reluctantly allowed the laptop to be sent in for repair, only after trying his hardest to push the extended warranty on to me. The repair box was sent to my house and was supposed to include a prepaid return label, which they forgot to include. After another few hours with customer service, they told me the label would be emailed to me within 24 hours, I could print it out and use that. No big deal. It took them a WEEK to simply email the label. Finally it was sent, the laptop was repaired and of course there were delays in the repair process. When I finally received the laptop back, I opened the box and they forgot to send me my charger back with it. I wasnt even surprised at this point. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES

Amazing computer for the price, very lightweight, fast, and touchscreen!! My wife is a teacher and her previous laptop stopped working, so she needed one ASAP. This laptop has been great for her and she carries it everywhere she goes!

Had it a week, great product....acceptable delivery speed.
