Awesome use for start up company

Lovely laptop!! Using it for school and it gets the job done.

This guy is selling defective product keyboard died within the first 6 hours, great sells my dude what a waste of time

So far seems like a great computer. I was sold with the 8GB ram and the SSD. Good value.

Like the keyboard or touch screen

I bought this computer in October and within months had a fan issue. The computer shuts down while being used, which is a problem because I purchased it for my daughter for distance learning. This issue started right before the warranty expired. I purchased the computer on Oct. 19 and the warranty expired April 13, less than 6 months from purchase. I have spent hours and hours trying to get this fixed, but still have no resolution. I am very disappointed that the hardware broke down so quickly, but even worse was the customer service from HP trying to resolve the issue. I will never buy an HP again.

I was so excited to get this laptop so I can use it for my business projects and didnt work. I put it to charge completely. Went to turn it on and it didnt move past the HP logo. I waited 30 mins thinking maybe its loading all the programs. Nope, it gave an error that something went wrong and it will try to do an automatic repair. And it stayed like that for over one hour. I was so disappointed I immediately packed it up and requested a return refund.

WEe purchased this PC for our kids to do their homework, but after setting it up and laying things out, I will say Im VERY envious of them as this PC is awesome and I wish my Mac was able to do what this one can do and be friendly to interface with.

Shift keys stopped working and can turn on after sleep mode. Issues started fairly early.
