> 3 dayThis product that I bought from the seller never worked. The Seller knew that the SSD drive is not working yet sold it to me. I bought it as a gift and before the recipient installed the product and noticed it was not working and reported to me, it was past the returning date. Now I can’t return the Laptop and it’s faulty. Amazon should help me return this device to the seller and refund my money or replace the Laptop. This is very sad.

> 3 dayIve had this laptop for almost 4 months and am already in the market for a new one. I am furious with the complexity of trying to contact HP Support. I still cannot figure out how to speak with a real human being (and am seriously doubting it would matter anyway). I am a college student and business owner. I NEED a reliable laptop, which this is NOT. This is actually my second attempt at writing a review because, per usual, my laptop screen decided to randomly go out on me (back light still active), forcing me to restart my laptop. After spending almost $500, unable to contact the product makers for support, and now needing to spend another $500 or more purchasing a new laptop, vs risking keeping this one and having the screen go out on me during a test or exam where I am afforded only ONE attempt, I am left angry and helpless. I will NOT be purchasing another HP laptop, that is for sure. I will say this, if you dont NEED a reliable laptop, and its more for just personal use, this really isnt a bad laptop. Mine just has a technical issue I cannot afford the risk to continue going through. Maybe youll get lucky and receive a properly functioning laptop. If you purchase this one, I sincerely hope you do.
