> 3 dayThis laptop could be better. It has Windows 10S. I was uninformed and did not know what the S meant. The computer comes in S-mode. The S gives the laptop extra security, but that means it will not support everything you may want to do. I needed to do Zoom. This computer as is will not let you go to Zoom.us. It is also not particularly fast. The buttons need more pressure than I am used to.

11-06-2025Disappointed by HP support. The system was upgraded to Win 11 immediately. Now, I cannot go back to Win 10. HP says that I need to download Win 10 from MS to reset this laptop.

> 3 dayThis product that I bought from the seller never worked. The Seller knew that the SSD drive is not working yet sold it to me. I bought it as a gift and before the recipient installed the product and noticed it was not working and reported to me, it was past the returning date. Now I can’t return the Laptop and it’s faulty. Amazon should help me return this device to the seller and refund my money or replace the Laptop. This is very sad.

Greater than one weekThe size and display is great but 2 of the USB ports were having issues and would repeatedly connect and disconnect whatever device was inserted here. Even plugging a charger in the phone would send messages saying “connected..disconnected..connected” back to back until I just unplugged the cord. Most likely will be Returning for this reason of USB ports not functioning properly. Had no other issues.

> 3 dayThis laptop has been the cause of constant headaches ever since purchasing it. Only needed it for basic web browsing and schoolwork - nothing crazy. After only 3-4 months I started experiencing issues, the system fan would run abnormally loud sometimes. Shortly after, the fan failed completely and the laptop wouldnt start at all. What made it all worse is HPs awful customer service. After hours of chatting with customer support (impossible to get anyone on the phone) one of their reps reluctantly allowed the laptop to be sent in for repair, only after trying his hardest to push the extended warranty on to me. The repair box was sent to my house and was supposed to include a prepaid return label, which they forgot to include. After another few hours with customer service, they told me the label would be emailed to me within 24 hours, I could print it out and use that. No big deal. It took them a WEEK to simply email the label. Finally it was sent, the laptop was repaired and of course there were delays in the repair process. When I finally received the laptop back, I opened the box and they forgot to send me my charger back with it. I wasnt even surprised at this point. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES

Greater than one weekNot much to say other than it showed a fatal hard drive error on the initial boot up. Now I get to have all the fun involved in returning it.
