Battery life never fully worked, kept plugged in and now complete battery failure 14 months of use for $450, perhaps renting would be best option because this is awful

I have no regrets with this device so far. Works perfectly well for my daughters virtual class. Easy to navigate I give this device A plus

Had to get a new laptop, this was reasonably priced and had the basics. Glad we got it, so far. Got the extra warranty, recommend it.

Just started using it, but this seems like a very nice laptop that is compact and light enough to carry to classes on campus daily. Love the touch screen as well. Only issue is that the description lists this laptop as having a fingerprint reader, which is not true.

The screen is smaller than my last computer, but the size and weight make up for it. After I had used it for a few days, I found it to be ideal. It’s easy to handle, easy to carry, and it’s user friendly. Great computer for a great price.
