> 3 dayThe screen may be small but it’s outstanding! Color, clarity, flow, fantastic. It’s working perfectly well for my low demand needs.

> 3 dayI thought this had a back-lit keyboard, but it didnt. It isnt the laptop that was displayed in the photo, but it meets my needs. I simply ordered a portable USB light for when its needed.

> 3 dayThe charger does not fit in well and stays loose, the battery doesnt charge well due to that reason

> 3 dayI wasnt expecting much from a convertible laptop, though itd been a while since Id used one. I was really impressed! Having a tablet mode is really useful, especially being able to set it keyboard-down and use it as a touchscreen. Came with a decent amount of bloat, but WinSlap and some good old-fashioned uninstalling fixed that. Its nothing useful, just the run-of-the-mill HP trialware and some sponsored stuff.

> 3 dayI had a problem with connecting my Canon printer. The laptop found the printer, but would not connect. the driver was not pre-installed, and the firewall prohibits downloading and installing the correct driver. I called HP customer service, Ali, and the floor supervisor, Malcolm, and they refused to help me, saying I need to pay for customer service to address that problem. This is a brand new computer and they want me to pay to learn how to connect my printer. The printer works with my iPhone and my Fire tablet, so this is an HP issue. Disappointed in HP, I will not purchase from them again.

> 3 dayThis laptop was a huge disappointment. First off, the mouse is just terribly designed. It has like a matte feel to it, and your finger cannot move smoothly on it and keeps on getting stuck. The battery life is just atrocious, I used it one day for regular use (writing and browsing. no gaming or movies) and the battery didnt even last 3 hours! The laptop itself is not lightweight, and the plug that comes with it is quite clunky and heavy. The battery gets crazy hot from regular use, so you hear the fan turning on every 10 min or so, which is quite annoying. The computer was also slow and kept on buffering, it didnt feel like it has 8 RAM. The only thing I liked in this laptop is the fact that it comes with 3 usb ports. If youre looking for something in this price range, I would recommend the Microsoft surface Go. Although its smaller than the HP (its like 12.4) and only has 2 ports (and also lacks a SD card slot, which is a huge downside), its better than the HP in every way. Its sleeker, nicer, lighter, better performance, Im not sure about battery life yet, but so far it has been 10 steps ahead than the HP in every way. I do not recommend this laptop at all. look somewhere else!

12-06-2025Finally getting around to playing with this machine...The good thing is, its fast. I normally have a billion tabs open at once and so far, its able to handle all of them at once.

Greater than one weekMy daughter absolutely loves hers! The flip touch screen is perfect fit for her needs. Battery life is excellent and the security of the pioneering reader is awesome.

> 3 dayThe actual product doesnt match with the description provided here. The battery life is very poor. it fully drains within 3.5 hours instead of the 9-10 hours mentioned on the AD
