> 3 dayI wasnt expecting much from a convertible laptop, though itd been a while since Id used one. I was really impressed! Having a tablet mode is really useful, especially being able to set it keyboard-down and use it as a touchscreen. Came with a decent amount of bloat, but WinSlap and some good old-fashioned uninstalling fixed that. Its nothing useful, just the run-of-the-mill HP trialware and some sponsored stuff.

> 3 dayIt works perfect. Its not slow doesnt freeze the only reason I took a star off is because the laptop was supposed to be all silver and instead its black on the inside and silver on the outside. I wanted it all silver like the photo. But it works like a charm.

> 3 dayPurchased this at a Prime Day price as an upgrade from my HP Envy circa 2014. I am a student, Mom, and use my laptop for homework as well as placing grocery orders etc. What I love: my old laptop had a serious issue with the track pad. Touching any part of the lower edge of the keyboard triggered it. This track pad/keyboard does not have this issue. It does have a cheaper feel, (not as bad as a Chromebook but somewhere in the middle) to the track pad but this does not bother me. My old one was all metal and cold to the touch. The keyboard on this is smaller but I love the size and weight of the entire laptop. My old one was 17 and super heavy. This is light and easy to carry around, does not make my legs tired when Im typing 5 page papers. Note: this one does not have 10 key because it is smaller, which threw me off. Probably my only complaint...yet I wouldnt get that in this size of laptop anyway, so I let it go. Transition from laptop to tablet is as simple as flipping the screen backward. It creates an interface with apps immediately instead of point and double click applications. Overall using it is very easy, its really really fast, and perfect for simple computer use for a student/parent that wants both tablet and computer options in one.

> 3 dayWithin 9 months the audio input stopped working. In one year the USB port went dead. The keypad is the worst on any of the HPs Ive owned. The touchscreen is fabulous and audio is very good (thats where all of the money spent on this laptop went.

> 3 dayThe actual product doesnt match with the description provided here. The battery life is very poor. it fully drains within 3.5 hours instead of the 9-10 hours mentioned on the AD

Greater than one weekI love that I can fold it to be like a tablet. Buttons are spaced apart for easy use. Different than what I was used to but I am learning fast how to do things on it.

> 3 dayI bought it for my daughters birthday, she really likes it special the touch screen. Everything works well. For the price I paid, I think its very resonable even its a bit heavy.
