I love this hp computer. The only thing I would change if I could is the screen size. I didnt realize how small 14 inch is. Im use to a large screen. But all else is above board and great. The screen is clear and easy to read and use. If your thinking of getting a computer this one is great.

Seems good just got it. Though it doesn’t match the picture. In the picture it was a silver keyboard and this is black.

The actual product doesnt match with the description provided here. The battery life is very poor. it fully drains within 3.5 hours instead of the 9-10 hours mentioned on the AD

I wasnt expecting much from a convertible laptop, though itd been a while since Id used one. I was really impressed! Having a tablet mode is really useful, especially being able to set it keyboard-down and use it as a touchscreen. Came with a decent amount of bloat, but WinSlap and some good old-fashioned uninstalling fixed that. Its nothing useful, just the run-of-the-mill HP trialware and some sponsored stuff.

I had a problem with connecting my Canon printer. The laptop found the printer, but would not connect. the driver was not pre-installed, and the firewall prohibits downloading and installing the correct driver. I called HP customer service, Ali, and the floor supervisor, Malcolm, and they refused to help me, saying I need to pay for customer service to address that problem. This is a brand new computer and they want me to pay to learn how to connect my printer. The printer works with my iPhone and my Fire tablet, so this is an HP issue. Disappointed in HP, I will not purchase from them again.

I use this LT extensively for lightweight gaming and productivity apps. The touch screen just works, and the LT is fast enough for more needs.

Love the laptop, great screen, great keyboard

Just starting to use it and transfer files from my old old old laptop. The setup was very simple and so far everything works very well. Great value for the price and the screen quality is awesome!
